I gave a laptop to the repair which could still work more or less and they gave me back a more broken one, that does not work at all. Repairing personnel needs to learn to repair.

The Birkirkara (Malta) store is a disgrace
The Birkirkara (Malta) store is an absolute disgrace. Waited in line for 15 minutes to get to ask questions to the people working the cash registers, as they have no employees working the displays.
When I finally talked to the cashier and asked him my question, he remained in front of the register and did not attempt to follow me to the products I wanted to compare. Mind you the register would not have been left unattended, as there were another 5-6 employees behind the cash register desk. I had to go take pictures of the items in the display and return back to the cash register desk just to show him which ones I was referring to.
When I asked him to give me more information on the products, he just read out what they have written on the website, which I could have done myself without going to the store. This was a big waste of my time, and I feel that I was treated very poorly.
