Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I needed a replacement part for the Shirt Balloon, and when I contacted them, they not only responded immediately but also sent me one as a gift. I love the machine; I just hope that all the spare parts, including the balloons, are available on the website to buy individually.

Veldig bra produkt
Veldig bra produkt. Også så lettvint.Vasket Linskjorte i vaskemaskinen.

Hej Joakhim,
Tusind tak for din flotte anmeldelse.

Intet mindre end fantastisk

Where's my shirt? Oh no, it's all wrinkled... no problem.
Several times I had the problem that shirts are wrinkled for an event. I do a relatively good job by irinoning them but definetly I dont iron this good, always problems in some difficult areas and need to bee looking where am I missing a spot. Might be the same time, but I can prepare something else or take shower. Same with pants. So maybe for a big load of clothe I can use the dryer but if i need one shirt I am loving this. Got many complements on my outfit the in first event. There were good videos explaing the step by step and that make it easy. Atm, I have it stored in the closet fully built, so it take same space as another shirt and is ready inmediately. If there is any feedback maybe is to get a table of time and temperature for different type of materials and wetness (For a cotton out of washing I recomend 15min 70deg.). I am quite happy with it.
