I received my 1st order and they are…

I received my 1st order and they are impossible to use for older people -hard to hold. The scents were yucky - I cancelled supposedly but nope. See I was charged $39.99 again and being sent 3 more. I’ll try these 3 since I’m stuck and see how they work out. But when someone cancels and you were told it has been done DO NOT keep charging and sending shit

I have contacted Scentbird several times to cancel a subscription that I never signed up for they ignored me,I am out of pocket by £104-23 as although they keep sending me obnoxious items that I have never opened I believe they are scammers and give fake re

I honestly regret trying Scentbird

I honestly regret trying Scentbird. The whole appeal is that you’re supposed to get access to designer fragrances, but what I actually received felt like a random, unknown brand I’ve never heard of. It’s misleading at best.

If you’re advertising premium or designer perfumes, that’s exactly what customers expect—not substitutes or lesser-known labels slipped in without clear communication. It just feels like a bait-and-switch.

Customer trust matters, and this experience definitely didn’t live up to the promise. I won’t be renewing.

Didn’t enjoy this whole perfume subscription thing seems like a rip off I’d advice actually buying the actual perfume.

It was not the one I picked yall disregarded my queue and gave me a scent that was not part of my profile. I threw it in the trash.

I wasted a month on a cologne fragrance I did not like. Customer satisfaction should be of the most important and I believe if we are unhappy with a fragrance, a swap or replacement should be given. You have to be understanding to this given we do not get to smell them first, we solely rely on nodes that are given in words. A five star review would be written had there been this option.

You guys charged me almost $30 for a very very small sample size and I was NOT happy at all!! I was hoping that it was a mistake but I guess not because no refund has showed up in my account and now you guys are trying to get a little over $30 again for something else and I'm sure that it's for a subscription that is not what I thought I was getting.. I don't want sample sizes because samples are exactly what they should be and that's free, especially being extra small.. You guys need to explain your deals and subscriptions in better detail because when your customers expect one thing you guys send them something else which is an insult..

Each vial contains approximately 120–140 sprays, which is more than a typical sample. Charges may vary depending on your selected plan, taxes, or any add-ons. If you no longer wish to continue, you can cancel in the app under Account ⇢ Manage Subscription ⇢ Cancel Subscription.
