Informações sobre a empresa
Escrito pela empresa
Scent Rush Fragrances is an independent fragrance retailer based in South Louisiana. We specialize in authentic designer, niche, and luxury fragrances, offering customers the opportunity to discover scents from some of the world’s most recognized fragrance houses. Our selection includes full retail bottles, tester bottles, and fragrance decants in a variety of sizes. Our decants are carefully prepared from authentic full-size bottles, allowing customers to experience a fragrance before committing to an entire bottle. They are also a convenient way to travel with a favorite scent or build a fragrance collection without purchasing every full-size presentation. Authenticity is extremely important to us. We work with established distributors and suppliers to provide genuine products at competitive prices. Because our inventory is sourced through different distribution channels, packaging may occasionally vary by market or production batch, but the fragrance itself is always represented accurately on our website. Scent Rush was built around our love of fragrance and the excitement of discovering something new. We continually add popular releases, hard-to-find fragrances, timeless classics, and exclusive niche selections to our growing inventory. We are also committed to fast order processing, secure shipping, and responsive customer service. Most orders are prepared and shipped within one to two business days. If a customer has a question or an issue with an order, our team is available to help.

Took a Chance, It Paid Off!
I normally only buy from discounters with scores of 4.3 or higher. I was looking for Groove Xcape 50ml and found it for a super low price of $109, so I decided to take the risk. I ordered it this past Monday and got it the same week on Thursday by UPS. Batch codes check (3 year old batch), box quality checks, smell checks, and I independently qualified it in the legit check sub on Reddit.
My only issue is that the insert holding the flacon was torn in two spots. It looked like the weight of the bottle crushed the case. It appears to be a somewhat known issue for some Xerjoff frags. I'll let it slide, as the juice is what I'm here for.
What else can a price conscious, niche loving, scent head ask for - great price, authentic, and super fast shipping.

Horrible experience
I recently purchased a fragrance from here, and it arrived completely shattered and leaking due to poor packaging. I reached out to ScentRush and they are making every effort to avoid me. This is absolutely ridiculous. Nobody should ever give their money to a company like this.

Resposta da Scent Rush Fragrances
Hi Melissa,
We’re sorry your fragrance arrived damaged. We take great care when packaging and shipping our orders, but unfortunately damage can occasionally occur while a package is in transit.
We are concerned by your statement that we made “every effort to avoid” you, as that is not how we handle customer concerns. We take damaged shipments seriously and are always willing to work with customers when an order arrives in an unacceptable condition.
If this matter has not already been resolved, please contact us directly with your order information and photos of the damaged shipment so we can review exactly what occurred and determine the appropriate resolution.

Legit discounted fast shipping and they…
Legit discounted fast shipping and they were the only ones who had blonde down brand in stock when I was looking. Great shop for sure.

Meh.
Quick turnaround on the order, but they use cheap atomizers that don't work.

A fantastic fragrance house:
Scent Rush is now one of my go 2 for Niche brands. The pricing is very admirable when comparing to some of my other go 2’s. Continue building that edge above the rest that you are establishing Scent Rush. 👍🏽
