Quickly answered my questions & solved my issue
The person who helped me was Chenno. They were extremely helpful and insightful with helping me choose my seats for my flight. They took me step by step in choosing my seats as well as showing screenshots to help me see what seats I would like per transfer flight. Great experience

Joselle, the person who helped me was wonderful! She was very pleasant to work with and provided excellent communication and status updates throughout the several-day process of canceling a reservation. I have found it to be quite rare to work with a customer support person who actually does what they say they will when they say they will do it and Joselle was exceptional in this category!

Great response time (within an hour) for requests and resolving issues: 1) Perliza for changing my airline millage number; 2) Mellan for booking aisle seat assignments for my return flights (all full) when the airline app wouldn't. Exemplary Service: Navigating Flight Changes
I had an amazing experience with ScholarTrip's customer service! Ms. Fiel, their representative, went above and beyond to assist me. She showed remarkable patience and expertise as I navigated multiple changes to my international flights. Not only did she meticulously research alternative flights and airports to ensure seamless connections, but she also had to liaise with other airlines as ScholarTrip is a third-party service. Despite the potential 24-hour response time, Ms. Fiel managed to provide me with updates within just an hour or so. Her dedication and efficiency truly made a world of difference for me. I love a company that has good customer service
I accidentally came upon this company when searching for airfare. I initially went for another company but they gave me hard time. But I was pleasant that i went with scholartrip as that it was solid decision. After i used their easy to use booking page. I called them the next day and got ahold of Joselle. Then made the process easy for me and booked my tickets.

Difficult Experience
They sold us 2 tickets with allowance for 3 pieces of luggage each. When we got to the counter to check in,the airline insisted that the ticket only allowed for 2 pieces/passenger. I called Scholar Trip and they took responsibility for the mistake. They told me to pay for the extra luggage and send them a copy of the receipt and they would reimburse me. It's been over 4 months and I have yet to receive a refund! Every time I call I get a runaround.
Also, the airline canceled the return flight for the trip and they're making it impossible to rebook.
Save yourself a lot of aggravation and book with anyone else!
UPDATE- Scholar Trip did eventually refund us for the luggage we had to pay for. And they told us that they had no control over the airline canceling, but we were refunded for half of the flight.
