We had a complicated booking.
It involved a third party payment and we were successful to book the flight within the safety measures. Then I had to make a correction with Joselle's excellent help.

Rico was patient and very helpful. I'm not sure what it was that was making the payment process so slow to confirm, But Rico helped me make sure I was able to request a wheel chair and he helped forward my itinerary to a secondary email.

Ashley was very helpful when asked to correct a passengers birthdate and answered very promptly!

Joselle went above and beyond to make sure my booking was made smoothly and in a timely manner. She answered all my questions and made sure my booking was done in a timely manner without any hiccups.

April and Nicole were fantastic. Our daughter's flight was cancelled to Europe the day before she was supposed to fly out. It was very stressful, but the team at ScholarTrip were very accommodating, and kept on it with the airlines until it got resolved. They were able to get us on an even better (direct) flight than our original flight. Their persistence, quick responses to our phone and email communications, and pleasant personalities really helped us through a difficult time. I would highly recommend them!

Weird card verification, they ask for your card details with out the CVV to verify the payment. Seems very odd, could be a scam

She was professional and solved problem quickly. She also made the follow-up calls to make sure everything meet my needs and no unsolved issues. She was politely in greeting and wrap up the services. Upon her service, I will recommend your service to my friend and family circle for sure.

Sarah was super awesome! She understood my issue, gave me accurate information and exceeded my expectations when helping me.
The issue was flight changes and she coordinated with the airline to get me a different flight that matched with my original booking request.

I never knew..until I knew! This is a fantastic source for all of your travel needs! Their customer service is at a stellar level. This team went to work for us and knocked it out of the park immediately! Due to some uncontrollable circumstances, the team of Perliza, MJ and April, came to our rescue and saved us from losing our tickets. I can assure you that not even Delta, Kayak, Priceline or any other ticket agency goes the extra mile like these folks have done! We are so pleased to have them on our side!

I got to the airport a little before 6am for the 8am flight I'd booked through ScholarTrip, only to discover that it's really a 6am flight, even though ScholarTrip told me 8:00am. Mulan with ScholarTrip was so amazingly *bad* and unhelpful, to the point where the gate agents were openly disturbed by her inability to do anything. I spent 5 hours repeatedly talking with Mulan by phone, and the result was that I was given no option but to re-book the flight for the next day, wasting a day of my life. I was left to either spend 24 hours sleeping on the floor, or to go get a hotel room at my expense (they refused to help). I don't understand all the happy reviews on this website -- are they fake? ScholarTrip is *horrible*. Never again!

Mulan was great! Very helpful and extremely pleasant!!

"Leslie" was on point in assisting us this morning. Our flight was cancelled/not booked without our knowledge and we discovered this while we were at the airport. She was amazing in reaching out to Qatar Airlines to get us a waiver and help us rebook at no additional coat to us. I will absolutely book with ScholarTrip again.

My flight's depature time was moved up an hour, and because no communication was made to me, I missed my flight.

Booking the original ticket was a bit stressful since I had a problem with confirming my card. But the customer support team was super helpful more than once. Mulan helped me out lots and had great response times. I will be using ScholarTrip again.
