The worst- impossible to contact

The worst- impossible to contact, they debit your card when they say they won't, and these aren't "experts" they're nurse practitioners just looking to scam ppl our of money.
I have been trying to sign into their website all day, and trying to get them on the phone- as soon as it was my "turn" to be answered, I got the message that no one was available to take my call. The website has me in an endless loop - everytime I sign in, it redirects me to the login page.
I wouldn't trust these people with my laundry, let alone my health.
I am 100% sure these are paid reviews .

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We recognize that there is always room for improvement on our end, and we have already taken steps to reduce call center wait times. That said, we do see that your emails were responded to and that you were able to communicate with our support team.

Regarding our nurse practitioners, each of them completes hundreds of hours of specialized training. This is reflected in the patient feedback and ratings we consistently receive. Unfortunately, you did not give us the opportunity to meet with one of our practitioners on the platform, which would have allowed for a more informed opinion of our services.

Additionally, Trustpilot is an independent third-party platform, so it is not possible for us to incentivize reviews.

This is an updated review from 2025:
2026 came in quietly but with a full and happy heart. This is the first year that I didn’t have to make a January 1st resolution to absolutely must loose weight…yet again. You have no idea how freeing that is to the heart and soul. It’s hard to believe that it’s almost a year since starting on a Mounjaro program with Abida. I started on a low dose (half of the entry level dose) and never had to increase at all. Now in 2026, I only need to take the half dose about every six to eight weeks, just to quell those little sneaky voices that can creep back into your head. They say it can take up to five years to reset your set weight back to the lower level. Taking a half shot every couple of months is a fraction to pay for the joy I have in my new body. I can’t say enough about Science and Humans and my nurse practitioner Abida. I continue to have a periodic membership to get my bloodwork done and renew my prescription. I have SO much gratitude to S&H and Abida for the ability to achieve my weight loss goals. I am where I want to be having held the weight loss for 10 months now. Abida has been the most incredibly informed human on the GLP products. I was a yo-yo dieter for years and always found myself edging back to bad habits after a month of achieving my goal weight on any diet I did. After two months, I had no desire to stray from the new good habits I had formed. It was so easy with just a small dose of Mounjaro to silence the nit-picking thoughts and cravings. For some reason there’s no more fear of ever gaining the weight back with S&H and Abida supporting me throughout. I feel better than I felt at 35yrs old and I’m now 75yrs old. More energy, better brain, stronger and happier. Thank you, thank you, thank you with all of my heart. I will remain a customer of S&H, even if it’s just a couple of times a year. In addition, all the staff I have had the pleasure of dealing with at S&H is the consummate professional. This is an amazing health company, thank goodness for Science and Humans. Double charged me and wont issue refund...

This company has been very hard to work with. They have missed prescription order times, blood work requisitions had to chase them down in the past and now they have double-charged me for a new requisition and won't issue a refund. AVOID at all costs working with this company.

Incompetent and unresponsive.

After creating account and paying the fee for blood requisition, 24 hours later I received a requisition with my gender on form marked as 'male' and for hormone panel testosterone. I'm female. I went back through all of the account details I gave, thinking I had made a mistake somewhere, but nowhere during account set up and medical questions, does it ask for gender. Red flag for a company offering hormonal treatment options. I contacted customer service via email and it took 48 hours for a response. I received an apology for the error ( no response to my questions on how they actually determine gender...my name is used by both male/female) and asked if I wanted them to send a new/corrected blood requisition. I replied ' yes please ', and that was 4 days ago. Not heard back since, and have even followed up twice to inquire about the delay. They are incompetent and unresponsive. In this competitive marketplace, go somewhere else. Seems to be run like a hotdog cart.

We sincerely apologize for the experience. We investigated the issue on our end and identified that the biological gender and program type chosen during sign-up was incorrect. Unfortunately, on our end we have to work with the information submitted by the patient, and we can not alter it, without the patient's consent. We reached out to you and did not receive your guidance on next steps. My whole experience with science and…

My whole experience with science and humans has been fantastic. The communication and instructions have been clear and easy to follow. As soon as my bloodwork came back In had a thorough appointment explaining my results. I have a great understanding of the causes of my symptoms and I am excited to begin my treatment plan.
I highly recommend science and humans for guidance in you perimenopause journey.
