Excellent product
Excellent product, helps me. Very effective when used prophylactically. Haven't had an infection for over 2 years now. Product dispatched quickly and arrived the following day, well packaged and discreet.

I have waited some time before…
I have waited some time before reviewing Waterfall D-Mannose Powder Sachets, I wanted to see if it would work when my horrible urinary symptoms returned. These symptoms would normally send me off to the GP for a three day course of tablets which really don’t agree with me, this time I wanted to try something natural. Granted taking 3g every 3 hours for 48 hours works out expensive but it really does work. I have gradually reduced the dose as my symptoms abated, after a week I am taking 3g morning and night. My unpleasant urinary symptoms have eased and I feel back to normal. Great alternative to heavy duty medications. Knowing this works is a huge relief and alleviates so much anxiety around my triggers. I have tried other companies which helped but didn’t work completely, this company’s product whilst more expensive really does do the job so it’s worth the extra.
