Ordered a scooter as a christmas present, still not got it, they never answer the phone, return messages or reply to emails. I have sent numerous emails asking for the order to be cancelled and for my money to be refunded.. still no response. Would hate to see what the after service would be like!!

Amazing Scooter, delivery was slightly delayed due to courier issue however scoote was prompt when I asked for updates!

Scooter is great. However the company communication was very poor and delivery was several weeks and not a few days as stated on their website. It was very difficult to get updates and I was concerned we had lost our money!

Ordered a scooter (dark knight).
They were late with delivery (I expected on my birthday).
I tried to cancel the order and get my money back.
0% helpfulness by the company
They just took my money (£725) and put the blame on me.
It’s not fair at all.

I am still waiting two months after ordering!! Despite two replies to my emails still nothing and I will want my money back and go elsewhere if it’s not received in another week!!

Amazing scooter even better service!

There was a slight two day delay I’d imagine due to the Christmas period however I emailed scoote and they explained and even offered to send out a free phone holder!

Heavy Business! Scoote is mint. It is soo fast that my boy took his eye off the road for a second and flew like lightning into a metal post. In fact I know a woman that went so fast on one she lost her weave when she hit top speed. Deffo worth the experience and buy👌🏽

Had the scooter for almost 2 years and still gets me from A to Z with no failure. personally dont see the need with a car when you got a Scoote especially in this current economy
