Kellie was brilliant helping me find the cruise that fitted what I was looking for best within by budget. All my questions were answered and lots of advice was given to help me feel more comfortable travelling solo for the first time. All transportation and packages have been taken care of before leaving for my cruise which has been a relief, giving me peace of mind.

Fast and efficient service.
I made an enquiry about a river cruise online and Sharon prepared a quotation for my dream holiday. She tried phoning me but I was unable to take the call. So she emailed me. Unfortunately it was more expensive than I’d hoped and therefore I couldn’t proceed with a booking. I felt she was very efficient without pressurising me.

New Orleans Memphis and Nashville
Enquired about a cruise to New Orleans spoke to Sharon Bailey. Sharon’s customer service was second to none, she was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain our options. Once agreed we had a rethink overnight and called her back the following morning, she listened to our concerns and changed the itinerary to suit our needs. We are now fully booked and will definitely use Sharon again,

SCC can get you the cruise you want and are willing to compare quotes. However, when a deal has gone, they should remove it from site. Deals such as direct flights from Glasgow.

We contact SCS for a quote and spoke with Sharon. She not only gave us a quote for the cruise we asked for, but went out her way to find alternative cruises for us. Brilliant service which keeps us coming back to SCS. 5*
