Web site contains a good amount of detail but no product reviews. Prices seem reasonable for a lot of stuff but some things seem a bit steep. No issues with shipping, not had to use customer service. Lots of products.

Technical support could be better
Technical support could be better. I was told that the air conditioner does not get its electricity from the display, but as it turned out, the air conditioner gets the power through the display (black cable at the bottom edge of the display)
