Making things easy to order, don’t have to wait long for my orders, and love that they show you how to use the products, colors, to put together…..

Easy to navigate site and wide variety of items

I love that it's easy to find the items needed for my projects. And shipping is fast.

The product is really great. I appreciate the custom items the company creates, they are unique.

Easy to navigate the website and always quick to pack and ship!

Excellent, missing item was delivered! Thank you.

Always a pleasure to order from scrapbook. The person who hand packed is Susie. A thanks to Susie great job! Wish you had free shipping days!

Easy website to order from and received item in a timely manner

The Scrapbook web site was easy to use. The freebees popped up when I hit the required amounts. I did not interact with Customer Service which is good since it means everything went smoothly, Delivery was quick. I received everything I ordered. I would order from them again.

everything I have ever ordered has been exactly as I had expected, Packaged well and delivered within the time that was stated I do recommend this store to oreder from.

They work as they should. Thanks you very much . Have a good day.

I needed more of the paper storage trays that I ordered. There was a limit on how many you could order, however there was not the first time I ordered. As is now, I could not finish my project of organizing and I have to pay double shipping. Not happy about that.

i always love what i purchase but shipping is a bit much

Good product.

Easy to order. Delivered timely. Appreciate the suggestion examples using the products I bought.

Products were as seen on website. Packaging was very good.

I adore Scrapbook.com and their customer service. I have ordered a lot (not as much as some but more than others) and only 1 time had an issue. I called and it was handled promptly and to my satisfaction. I will keep coming back because the value is terrific but even more important, the customer service is miles ahead of its nearest competitor.
Keep up the terrific work!!
