Scrapbookcom Opiniões

I have never been dissatisfied with a purchase made from Scrapbook.com, and this latest purchase of nested shape dies was no exception. Good quality, at reasonable pricing, with great sale prices!

My order arrived very quickly and was well and thoughfully packed.

Super quick dellivery every time I place an order.

Service, quality of merchandise. Orders

You have a great selection at very good prices, even considering the difference in the US dollar compared to the Canadian dollar and duties. Your orders are always correct and arrive in a timely manner. Thank you for your good service to the paper craft community.

This company has never failed to be on time, professional and willing to listen to customers.
When I have an issue, they settle it to all satisfaction and everyone is happy with the results. I order from them all the time when I need stamping stuff.

Delivered items on expected date and everything was included. I am very happy with everything!

Did not get my discount. No where to put it in.

Have purchased from here before. Easy to order fast shipping.

the quality of the products and the customer service when I experience problems with a product

Everything i had ordered was of good quality got to me in a very timely manner and was exactly as described .

I do love this site. I can find almost anything I need. Most of the items I have received have been great and 5 star rated. Questions I ask are quickly answered. Items are well packed and arrive in good shape. I think the cards with the packer's initials and quote about crafting are cute and make me smile. What I wish would improve is the discount codes. It seems like every time I order, I am sent a better code than I used. The other thing that needs to be improved is shipping cost. I can find things on other sites, that have reward programs (eg: Catherine Pooler's site), and pay less for shipping. As much as I would like to order from just SBC, I need to find the best overall pricing. My average wait time for an order once placed is 10 days, which is OK since it's going across country, but for the cost I wish it was faster.

I love Scrapbook.com! They have an excellent selection to choose from when it comes to products from a wide range of manufacturers in the crafting world. My orders always come promptly and as described.

Super fast dispatch and delivery of quality craft supplies. Would have no hesitation in recommending Scrapbook.com. Everything I have received has arrived promptly and been excellently packaged. It’s great to have cutting edge supplies at the click of a button. Constantly fresh ideas

Found what I was looking for could not find in UK was easy to purchase and fast delivery and not overpriced definitely would use again quality was excellent and not overpacked for sending 😀

Love the products.

The item came timely, but I wish it came with how to use it

Good slection, at good prices.

Best international shipping rates I've found so far making shopping from this store viable. Items arrived in 8 days. I can't get that speed from our domestic online stores. So with the huge range of items and brands this really is a one stop shop for my crafting needs.

The website is very user-friendly, and they carry an impressive range of stamps, dies, cardstock, and more. I really appreciate the fair pricing and the regular coupons, which make it easy to stock up on tools. Shipping is fast!
