Poor quality battery
“Premium” battery I purchased is causing my phone to get very hot. The battery life is not much better than the battery I replaced which was at 75% battery health.
Requested a return and still haven’t heard back from anybody a week later.

Simply they delivered a defective…
Simply they delivered a defective product. The screen has a hairline crack in it. It was professionally installed. When I asked to return they say no. your problem. I would not trust them whatsoever!

Hi Vakal,
We have reviewed the comments you left on Trustpilot regarding your order, and I would like to summarise the matter clearly.
You placed your order on 14 September 2025. The item was tested on a main board, followed by a visual and physical inspection, before being sealed in a hard box, which was then bubble-wrapped and placed inside another outer box for dispatch. The order was delivered to you on 16 September 2025.
On 27 September 2025, 13 days after the order was placed, you requested a return stating that the screen had a hairline crack. As outlined in the enclosed terms and conditions (highlighted in red on the slip included in the box), customers are instructed to carry out a soft fit of the screen before installation. If any damage is noticed at this stage, installation must be stopped and we must be contacted immediately. The same terms also state that if the product arrives damaged, you should not install it and should notify us straight away.
You also mentioned that the LCD was installed professionally. If this is the case, any qualified installer would have immediately noticed if the screen had a crack. Likewise, if you had followed the instructions and performed a soft fit prior to installation, the damage would have been clearly visible at that point. However, you proceeded with the full installation and contacted us nearly two weeks later to report the issue. Unfortunately, this does not add up.
On 27 September, we also sent you an email requesting clear photographs of both the front and back of the screen, but we did not receive a reply.
Given:
the time elapsed between delivery and the damage being reported,
the failure to follow the outlined terms and conditions, and
the lack of response to our request for supporting evidence,
we are unable to accept your claim. As a business, we must protect ourselves from claims that cannot be validated, and in this case, we were left with no option but to dismiss it.

Oled screen from this suppler are overpriced and of inferior qualify and not fit for purpose . STEER CLEAR
For the price, you would expect a quality OLED screen. Unfortunately, these screens are not fit for purpose and seem to be made from cheap materials. I had major ghost-touch issues immediately after fitting, followed by complete screen failure. A replacement JK screen I bought elsewhere at half the price has proven visually and functionally far superior. Very disappointing given the cost of this product.
