Dismissive customer response
Screen arrived promptly. Only partially worked. Ribbon torn. Might have occurred during install but impossible to tell. Single line response from company. 'It wasn't shipped in this condition. We are not responsible for this issue' when I asked about options. Plenty of other comment about blunt and unhelpful responses. Won't be using again.

We’d like to clarify that your order was placed in September, and a return request was submitted over two months later. It’s highly unusual for a defect such as a snipped flex cable to go unnoticed for that length of time.
This type of damage typically occurs during installation, and unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been physically altered or damaged post-purchase. As an example, it would be comparable to purchasing a kettle from a retailer like Harvey Norman, then returning it months later claiming the cable was cut — such a return would understandably not be accepted.
We always strive to be fair, but we also need to uphold our return policy and protect against improper use or accidental damage. We appreciate your understanding.

Quick shipping
Quick shipping and products work and seem to be good quality. Just make sure you get everything you need for your repair as e.g. iPhone screen won't include a replacement adhesive strip or assembly tools that you might get with some kits

Great Customer Service on a cancelled order
Ordered a Sim tray for my iphone but had to subsequently cancel order. No hassle at all and a very quick and timely response from the company. Will definitely consider for future purchases.
