Really impressed with the platform. It offers a good balance of functionality and simplicity. Even as someone without a technical background, I found it easy to create engaging content that looked professional.

Its all nice until you realise they want to charge $19 a month to remove their obnoxious watermark.

I only want one page, I'm not going to pay $228 a year for it. Everyone wants to get on the bandwagon of charging a monthly fee now, no one can just charge a flat one off fee to make something nice, they think their customers are stupid and won't notice how monumentally they're being ripped off.

Other than that it seems pretty nice, but they've ruined it because they couldn't help being greedy.

Edit: to respond to their reply, I put below, their starter tier, which is $9, and the next tier is "Pro" which is $19 and includes watermark removal - now if you can optionally remove the watermark in the starter plan for a fee, then it should say that.

But even so, I am a firm believer in, if you're paying for a service, you shouldn't have a watermark. I don't like the idea of paying even more, to remove a problem the company created. And if you only wanted one or two stories (without their advert), its really not good value. Especially when chat gpt or similar can program all of this for you for free, which is what I ended up doing. It works perfectly fine in my shopify site and even wrote a nice amount of options for me.

You need to realise its obnoxious to ask people for money and then say, "oh but we still want to advertise, but spend MORE and we'll remove it!!". Like thanks, but no.

Edit 2: They are now trying to cancel my review, well, you know for small businesses I wouldn't normally leave a bad review for long, just enough to get them to notice, but now its staying, and I'll be writing more elsewhere. Well done Scrollytelling, you handled that brilliantly.

Great customer service. Fixed my problems within 30 minutes. Interface is also intuitive and very easy to use. AI has very great image and video generating capabilities.
