Products are good but customer service…

Products are good but customer service has to be improved.
Doesnt show anywhere that the store is closed, multiple calls were unanswered.
No harm in answering a call and updating a customer right. So other than that the products are alright.

We received your order on the night of February 3rd. Since February 4th is a public holiday in Sri Lanka, we handed over your package to the courier service on February 5th. Our average delivery time is 1 to 3 business days, and according to the delivery update, your order has already been delivered within this timeframe. Excellent service! Received the product within 2 days. Barely had to communicate with seller because the website handled everything pretty well!
