UPDATE:
They offered me a refund and have given me a gift card for a potential future order. For me, the situation was well handled in the end.

I placed an order with Sculpd on January 31st, with their guarantee that it would arrive before Valentine’s Day. Not only did the package never arrive, but tracking showed that it was never even shipped—just a label created.

When I reached out, customer service first blamed the delay on the shipping carrier, telling me to contact them myself. After doing so, I learned that the carrier never actually received the package! Despite this, Sculpd insisted they had "shipped" it. Instead of taking accountability, they passed the issue back and forth while I was left without my order or any proactive updates.

Im still in the middle of emails back and forth. A company that guarantees delivery should ensure orders are fulfilled on time or at least communicate transparently—not make the customer do the legwork.

I won't be ordering from Sculpd again, and I’d caution others against trusting this company.

The gift I ordered was never delivered and I have made several attempts to contact them via email to find out what's going wrong. I got one reply, just directing me back to the tracking number of the order they sent (which has been lost several days ago) and then when I contacted them back saying it's been lost for several days, nobody replied. It seems from the reviews I've read that customer service is a consistent issue with this company and many people have had to file charge backs with their credit cards. I'm beginning to question if this is even a real business or if I should be concerned for them being a scam.

The website is easy to navigate, with pictures of all the products. Quick shipping and everything packaged nicely. I couldn’t wait to get started!! The clay is easy to work with and dries beautifully. Still have some clay left and then I will definitely be buying more.

Never received my Product, been waiting 12 days only to find out it never shipped and that they had no idea this was happening. It's really disappointing to see a company who doesn't have visiblity into their own shipments to communicate shipping delays or issues with forthsight.
