Joshua also has a very positive personality, can-do attitude. He explained with the simplest words what has to be done legally to purchase a house but also why certain things are in place. He is a treasure.



Debbie Bates did an incredibly good job too. Replying, raising questions and writing the report so fast that she must have worked out of her hours I believe!



However, everyone is very nice at the firm!

Disgusting company. Aisha was not willing to help at all Terrible customer service. No emails or notifications of any missed payment and a CCJ was issued without any communication. All they care about it getting money from people rather than trying to help all parties. AVOID at all costs!!!!
The communication from this company is horrendous, ask them questions to get help or to resolve the issue they don't respond.

My previous experience with a different company had been completely different - I had to chase them every step of the way and the process felt very slow, whereas David and the team were always incredibly efficient.
