Superb seafood. Purchased crayfish tails which were fresh & juicy. Lobster tails were delicious in a seafood boil. Will definitely be purchasing more products from this company.

i have had a few orders from seafood direct and have found the quality of products good. professionally packaged with ice and drikold (CO2)
Their frozen fishpie is the best i have ever tasted
their delivery is with DPD one of the better delivery companies
However there is no customer service, they just dont answer e mails. Once they rescheduled unilaterally to another date which was no good for us as we were away. we advised 2 x but they simply delivered it on that date anyway resulting in loss of product.

Did some shopping at the above company. Very happy with the service. From the moment I paid up to the delivery the company was spot on. Thank You from a very happy customer.

Great flavoursome fish
After searching for fish direct, I came across Seafood direct! & never looked back!
Favourites!
Every selecting of wellingtons, COD Salmon Haddock latest order included salmon with spinach just so full of flavour, packed with salmon not just a small amount. Sauce in the wellingtons lovely and smooth.
Tempura King prawns
Crunchy prawns more prawn than coating!
Delivery is quick, each box is protected inside, so your order is not damaged!
After my 1st order arrived, I was so pleased from order to delivery in 109% repeat customer. Latest order is my 4th time using seafood direct and looking forward to many more deliveries!

Seafood Direct
Ordered a number of items, including brown crab meat-good, tail on prawns-good, smoked haddock-reasonable, crayfish-unable to discern as a frozen block-but do look small.
Also 2kg prawns, which comprised of lots of prawn pieces? not what you would expect. On defrosting some, they have reduced in size to cocktail prawns.
Their competitive pricing overall-excepting these prawns- is good, with free delivery over £49.
However these prawns are NOT good value, compared with Iceland’s £5.50 for 450g, which have only 10% ice glaze.
I have emailed Seafood Direct, and to date they have not replied.
Also filled in a survey from Seafood Direct-again no reply to date.
