1st, my project was scoped with all the features/capabilities from the start. I gave them customer journey docs, story board images and gave user stories and spent countless hours trying to get them to understand what the business. Needless to say a project that was scoped/priced at 4 weeks to completion, turned into 7.5 months before live. Then, countless issues and lack of completing features made things even more difficult. I will say that they did respond quickly to the issues. However, it became too wearing to tolerate anymore as I was having to correct and catch things that a designer/developer should know. I canceled their support and have had to shell out more $ to move my site to a company that truly brings design options to the table and keeps my site working.

We have used their UI design services for our website and our customer platform. The kick off was smooth and the outcomes mostly satisfying.

For some projects I was missing the precise implementation of feedback we have discussed in a follow up call. Seems like no one took notes and therefor some feedback points were not taken into account.

The communication was good and on time.

Vishal was helpful in making edits even after my site was launched to ensure we had a product we could work with and grew with us as we evolve.

I was first introduced to Seahawk Media a few years ago. I was looking for a company to assist us with some minor improvements of our existing website. Seahawk Media had provided me with their electronic marketing materials some months beforehand. I decided to give their company a look and like what I had found.

They listed an office in Boston, MA which was helpful. Upon my first contact with Seahawk Media I found them to be very responsive, they were receptive to my needs and they understood what I was looking for.

They quickly offered solutions and versatility, and provided proposals for updates as well as a redesign. Ultimately, we wound up choosing a redesign after a year or so of updates and patches. Their cost as well were very reasonable. All during a time of Covid.

Once we made the decision to redesign our website, Seahawk's design team leaped into action. They provided us with a clear and concise timeline for drafting, redesigning, improving content, flow, review and launching of the new website.

Upon finding out that their design team was not located locally, naturally that worried me. However, the communication and response time provided was seamless despite a large time differential. Their team takes advantage of modern technologies, their ability to respond to critical questions and emails was highly beneficial, and they guided us easily through all phases of the process.

In closing, my experience with Seahawk Media has been an extremely positive one. I would most certainly recommend contacting them for any of your website and/or digital marketing requirements.

Great to contract out a company to do our website. The major thing that I continually have to deal with at SeaHawk is how slow they are at completing tasks that need to get done. The time difference can be hard and makes me feel that I have to continuously chase the teams to get things done when they do not follow up and respond. Communication could be better on their end. Sometimes I don't get a response till 2-3 days later in which the task should have already been done within the first day I asked them to do it. Once they get things done, the work they accomplish is good.

Timelines can be a struggle, however a truly lovely team that makes every effort to grow your business.
