Villa in Pollenca
We recently stayed in Pollenca at Villa Calvario. The property was exceptionally well managed by Sealand Villas. All instructions for the villa were given well in advance and the property was immaculate. Villa surpassed our expectations. We had a wonderful holiday experience and would definitely use Sealand Villas again in the future.

Had a great week in Mallorca with this company & can recommend both them and Voramar Beachfront apartment which was everything we hoped it would be.
Very good communication throughout & easy check in & out. Apartment was very clean on arrival & had everything that our family of 5 required. Great location on the pine walk with all the restaurants & the beach within yards. Second time we have used Sealand Villas

Grundsätzlich war die Abwicklung von…
Grundsätzlich war die Abwicklung von der Buchung bis hin zum Aufenthalt sehr gut. Wir waren von 22.06.2026 bis 28.06.2026 in der Finca LA PLANA in der Nähe von Pollenca. Das letzte E-Mail mit den wichtigen Daten, wie Koordinaten, Schlüssel Code waren sehr hilfreich. Da wir in der Nacht angekommen sind, wäre eine Beleuchtung mit dem Namen der Finca am Tor hilfreich gewesen. Leider sind am nächsten Tag einige Missstände aufgetreten. Im unteren Badezimmer war der Wasserdruck sehr gering. Der Abfluss am Waschbecken war verstopft (Reparatur selbst behoben) Kaffeefiltermaschine war verkalkt und hat nicht funktioniert. Die Batterien der Fernbedienung waren leer. Die Bodeneinigung im Haus war mangelhaft (Staub und Sand sichtbar). Die Kühlschränke sind auch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Den Kühlschrank im Waschraum mussten wir stabilisieren, da ein Fuß bereits abgebrochen war. Nachdem erst um 0900 Uhr Kontaktpersonen erreichbar sind, wurde nach Anruf die defekte Filterkaffeemaschine rasch ausgetauscht. Die Ausstattung im Küchenbereich könnte besser sein (Töpfe, Schüssel usw.) Generell ist die Finca aber sehr schön. Für 8 Erwachsene wäre es aber eng geworden. Der Terrassentisch ist nur für 6 Personen ausgelegt. Mit Kinder würde es gehen. Die gebuchte Wochenreinigung hat nicht stattgefunden. Daher nur 4 Sterne.

Wir bedauern die während Ihres Aufenthalts aufgetretenen Probleme (Wasserdruck, Sauberkeit, Kaffeemaschine, Batterien, Kühlschrank und Küchenausstattung) sowie dass die gebuchte wöchentliche Reinigung nicht durchgeführt wurde. Wir werden dies sorgfältig prüfen und Verbesserungen vornehmen.
Auch Ihre Hinweise zur Beleuchtung am Eingang und zur Kapazität des Außentisches nehmen wir gerne auf.

This was honestly one of the best stays I’ve ever been to. Felt like a hotel, all the rooms were perfect, own bathrooms, spacious and perfect lounge and kitchen. Then a massive pool and balconies!
It was on a peaceful location, close to town, just the whole place was perfect for families, or for us a girls trip. Would come back again in a heartbeat!

We had a fantastic villa near Pollença
We had a fantastic villa near Pollença, beautifully renovated and spacious grounds with complete privacy and lovely pool. The villa was a ten minute drive from Pollenca and just a couple more minutes to Port De Pollenca, so loads of shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
We ate out, cooked at home and BBq’d by the pool.
Also a great location to start an island tour.
The hosts were not needed but always accessible when I contacted them to ask for some details.
We will return!!!!!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience booking through Sealand Villas. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and incredibly professional. The villa itself was stunning, spotlessly clean, and even better than the pictures. What truly sets them apart is their outstanding customer service – they were highly responsive, attentive, and made sure every detail was taken care of for a perfect stay. We couldn't have asked for a better holiday and will definitely book with them again. Highly recommended!

Sealand Villas einfach nur schlecht.
Wir waren, fast vier Wochen, in Port Pollenca in der Villa Mar I Pins. Ein Haus mit Meerblick und im oberen Preissegment zu finden. Bei unserer Ankunft roch es beim aufmachen der Tür nach Klärgestank, das war unerträglich. Wir haben das sofort gemeldet. Zwei Tage später, kam ein Mitarbeiter und hat Chlor in den Toiletten und Duschen verteilt, was nicht geholfen hat und nur Chlorgase verursachte. Es hat sich keiner weiter darum gekümmert, obwohl das Reinigungsteam die Verantwortlichen mehrfach telefonisch darauf hingewiesen haben. Ferner war bei der Ankunft, das Sofa kaputt gebrochen. Es mangelte an recht vielen Sachen, die ich garnicht alle erwähnen will. So übergebe ich keine so teure Villa. Das Unternehmen ( vorher Eaesy Villas ), hat zwar den Namen gewechselt, aber alles Andere ist einfach genauso schlecht geblieben. Diese Firma ist einfach nur Unterirdisch und ich rate davon ab. Suchen Sie sich lieber eine professionelle Vermietung. Man hat sich bis zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt nicht mit uns in Verbindung gesetzt, geschweige denn uns eine vernünftige Entschädigung angeboten. Die sitzen das wohl einfach aus und wechseln sicher bald wieder einmal ihren Namen. Finger weg von Sealand Villas. Sie tun sich damit einen riesen Gefallen.

Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Es tut uns sehr leid zu lesen, dass Ihr Aufenthalt durch die von Ihnen beschriebenen Probleme beeinträchtigt wurde, und wir bedauern aufrichtig, dass Ihr Urlaubserlebnis nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat.
Wir können sehr gut nachvollziehen, wie unangenehm und störend ein Abflussgeruch sein kann, insbesondere wenn man im Urlaub in einer Villa wohnt. Das ist sicherlich nicht die Erfahrung, die wir unseren Gästen wünschen.
Als wir auf das Problem aufmerksam gemacht wurden, hat unser Team einen Techniker beauftragt, die Unterkunft zu besuchen, um das Problem zu begutachten und zu beheben. Auch das Problem mit dem Sofa wurde überprüft und behoben. Es tut uns jedoch leid, dass diese Maßnahmen Ihr Vertrauen in den Aufenthalt nicht wiederherstellen konnten und Sie sich nicht gut betreut gefühlt haben.
Seien Sie versichert, dass wir die Anliegen unserer Gäste nicht ignorieren. Die Erfahrung jedes einzelnen Gastes liegt uns sehr am Herzen, und viele Familien kehren Jahr für Jahr zu uns zurück, was wir sehr schätzen. Es tut uns aufrichtig leid, dass Sie einen anderen Eindruck gewonnen haben.
Wie in unserer direkten E-Mail an Sie erwähnt, wurde Ihr Fall gemäß unseren Buchungsbedingungen geprüft, einschließlich einer etwaigen Entschädigung, sofern zutreffend. Wir stehen Ihnen weiterhin über unsere direkten Kommunikationskanäle zur Verfügung, um das Gespräch mit Ihnen fortzusetzen.

Apartment Sivella in Puerto pollenca is…
Apartment Sivella in Puerto pollenca is in a beautiful position, unfortunately the apartment itself was tired and dirty. Housekeeping did return but it didn’t look any different. Furniture is tired and shabby, lighting is very poor, bedding is inadequate . Left early as we felt very uncomfortable in these surroundings. Would not use Sealand villas again as they really didn’t want to know.
