Villa was very nice! Improvements required - cleaners failed to provide mid-stay clean. Cot provided was in poor condition & mattress was too small for the frame - replacement which arrived the following day was dirty!

Great property and easy remote access. Prompt response to any question from Sealand.

Always kept well informed throughout the booking process. Apartment was well equipped and very clean and spacious. Fantastic location that would be hard to improve on. Very competitive price.

On arrival at our villa, which we were not allowed to arrive early to book in due to cleaning! Bird poo all around the pool area which I accept happens but this was clearly a build up of several days as it was never even remotely this bad throughout the rest of the week. No hot water as the boiler had broken, the maintenance team did attend the next day but we're unable to repair for several days, now I understand things break but again someone had put a sheet on the floor where it was leaking showing that they were aware of the issue and how come the cleaners didn't realise they had no hot water to clean the floors. The reason we spend the extra money on a villa is because my son is autistic, no hot water caused him some distress as he likes a bath before bedtime but couldn't and subsequently this caused us more stress. The washing machine was broken, again something the cleaners should have been aware of, this was not repaired during our stay, causing issues as we deliberately travel light and wash clothes on holiday. On the surface the villa was clean but you only had to move any furniture or beds to find layers of dust. Several items were either broken or showing serious signs of disrepair, the oven wasn't fully functioning and a gas ring didn't work with the knob hanging out of the oven, looking at previous reviews this was reported but still not fixed.
The villa itself is lovely and in a great location, the owners attended and we're also unhappy about the state of the property where it is being mis managed by Sealand villas, once I started to contact them more about the issues they either didn't respond, took their time or didn't answer the question. Very disappointed especially due to the amount of money spent and a refusal to give a partial refund due to the issues raised.

We stayed in a villa booked through this company and lots of things went wrong. They completely ignored us when we emailed them a few times. We don't recommend using them at all, they don't care about good customer service at all.

Great stay and fantastic villa.

Outdoor space (pool and garden) was lovely and great way to spend days in Pollenca. Villa itself is large spacing and was kept really tidy.

25 min walk from the port so perfect location to have a stroll for dinner/drinks!

Hosts were super helpful and responded to any queries we had. Would recommend.

Ich kann von der Agentur "Sealand Villas" nur DRINGEND abraten!!!

Meine Freunde und ich waren vom 30.05.2024 bis 06.06.2024 in der Villa Carla in Port de Pollença. Das Haus haben wir direkt über die Agentur gebucht.

Bereits beim Betreten der Villa kam uns ein muffiger, unangenehmer Kellergeruch entgegen, den wir im Laufe der Tage durch Lüften und Raumspray verbessern konnten. Ganz weg ging er allerdings nie. Die Ursache hierfür ist schwarzer Schimmel in zwei Bädern und einer Klimaanlage sowie die Lage des Hauses direkt an einer Pferdekoppel.

Diese Pferdekoppel direkt hinter dem Haus führte darüber hinaus dazu, dass übermäßig viele Fliegen und Käfer in unsere Zimmer flogen. An den Fenstern ist kein Fliegengitter angebracht, welches durch die genannte Lage aber unbedingt notwendig ist.

Zudem ist die Einrichtung heruntergekommen. Ein Bad konnten wir nicht abschließen, weil die Verriegelung defekt war. Die Duschköpfe waren teilweise so verkalkt, dass sie teils gar nicht nutzbar waren. Eine der oberen Türen schließt nicht richtig, weil das Blech absteht.

Das Geschirr und Besteck war bei unserer Ankunft modrig. Wir mussten dies erst durchspülen, damit wir es überhaupt nutzen konnten.

Der Herd funktioniert nur teilweise. Nur der innere Ring wird heiß, was dazu führte, dass die Pfannen & Töpfe nicht gleichmäßig heiß wurden.

Hinzu kommt, dass der Kühlschrank zu klein für zehn Personen ist. In der Küche müssten mindestens ein zweiter Kühlschrank stehen, damit alle Anwesenden ihr Essen kühlen können.

Außerdem ist die Ausstattung der Küche unzureichend. Es gibt nur einen großen Topf. Wenn man für die ganze Gruppe von zehn Leuten kochen wollte, musste man mit kleinen Töpfen improvisieren. Außerdem mussten wir eine Schere kaufen - ein Objekt, was man in jeder Küche erwarten würde.

Die Waschmaschine war bei unserer Ankunft schmutzig. Wir mussten die Dichtung zunächst einmal reinigen, bevor wir überhaupt waschen konnten.

Wir haben all diese Mängel noch während der Reise der Agentur "Sealand Villas" gemeldet. Anstatt die Mängel proaktiv zu beheben oder uns eine alternative Unterkunft anzubieten, wurden wir mehrfach vertröstet oder gar ignoriert.

Das einzige Entgegenkommen der Agentur bestand darin, dass am fünften von sieben Tagen unseres Aufenthalts eine Putzfrau vorbeigeschickt wurde. Hiernach waren zwar die Bäder säuberer, aber die teils gravierenden Mängel wurden nicht behoben.

Ich habe aufgrund dieser nicht behobenen Mängel im Namen aller Mitreisenden nach der Abreise einen Teil des Reisepreises zurückgefordert. Auch diese E-Mail wurde von der Agentur einfach ignoriert.

Fazit: Ich kann von der Agentur "Sealand Villas" nur DRINGEND abraten. Dank der genannten Mängel und der ausbleibenden Reaktion hatten wir einen Horrorurlaub...

Toller Aufenthalt, eine super schöne Villa mit Pool. Gut gelegen und gepflegt. Immer netter und schneller Kontakt. Unkompliziert und auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Es war alles super! Wir würden wiederkommen! Es war alles sauber und einladend wieder hergerichtet!
Einen Stern ziehe ich ab für die Klimaanlage, die hat nicht so ganz funktioniert.

Our recent stay at Villa Francesco in Pollensa booked thru Sealand Villas was wonderful. The villa was perfect - quiet but located close to groceries, markets, beaches and old town. The grounds and accommodations were clean and well taken care of. Before our arrival we ordered the welcome pack so that we had some supplies after a long trip and what a welcome sight that was! Traveling from the US, the staff answered all our questions promptly and thoroughly and provided directions and instructions that made everything easy and smooth as we arrived -- again -- after a very long trip. We love this area and would highly recommend any of the rental villas that Sealand offers.

Amazing place. Was very close to beaches, restaurants, shops etc… yet you felt like it was just you there as the back garden / pool area overlooked this amazing view of mountains/water with no people or buildings! The place had everything you required for a perfect stay. The hosts were extremely responsive and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic house! It had everything we could have hoped for and location was fantastic, just 7’ from Pollença and 15’ from Alcudia. We liked it so much that we will probably repeat in the future and stay at the same house.
Sealands were very helpful at all times and always available for us. Thanks for a great holiday experience!
