Finger weg, nicht bestellen! Ich habe am 7.7.2024 bestellt und bislang nichts erhalten. Meine Mails wurden nicht beantwortet. Ich werde über meine Bank einen Chargeback bei dem Händler auslösen, da ich mit Kreditkarte gezahlt habe. Kann ich nur empfehlen das zu tun, da die Kosten hierfür dem Händler in Rechnung gestellt werden. Ärgerlich!

I ordered and payed 4 weeks ago and not even a update about the shipping and of course they don't answer my emails either.

Stay as far away as possible from this scam company.

I returned the product I bought following their guidelines. It's been 2 months and a half since and I have not received the refund. During this time, I sent them several emails and some DMs to their social accounts and never got a reply.

In addition, the product took more time than announced to be delivered (I was never notified, and, again, they did not reply to my email asking for information).

They have terrible practices that are borderline scams.

I received my order but the colour was different to advertised on site. I have contacted them 3 times to attempt to start the refund process but have received no reply and so cannot return it/receive a refund.

Looks like i'm one of many duped by these rogues. My own fault as i never read any reviews. Do yourself a favour and save yourself some dollar and leave em be 😉

I have to update this review as my t-shirt turned up yesterday (July 27th), it's a good fit and good quality. I've added a star just because i actually received the goods, but i still won't be ordering from them again.

Send email,s to them and nothing 34 euros they take from my bank acount .

I ordered a t-shirt from them 3 weeks ago and it hasn't shipped yet; they haven't responded to my email asking for an updated shipping date.

Do not touch this company. I've no idea how this company has one or two good reviews I ordered goods, money was taken from my account immediately, no delivery of goods, I sent several emails, none of which was replied to of course. I spent €77. Avoid this company.

Ordered a T-shirt 3 months ago and completely forgot about it as it didn’t arrive. Suddenly remembered and asked for a refund at which point my order then changed to “dispatched”.

I’ll review again once it gets here but not a great start

Ordered two sweatshits on Feb 26, Returned them sweatshirts because off-white color ordered,was yellow)
No respons since than from this company.
Reminders sent on May 6th, May 13th and June 18th.
No response at all, but they took my 90 euro's
Be very careful placing an order with this company

Je ontvangt niets, mails naar klantendienst worden niet beantwoord, op sociale media idem. Dikke oplichting als je het mij vraagt, helaas zie ik mijn geld niet terug , vrees ik.

Llevo dos semanas esperando mi pedido ! Como hago para ponerme en contacto? Es imposible!!!

Ordered 3 weeks ago, no t-shirts, no response to emails, status still says unprocessed. Happy to take my money though!

Looks like a scam.

Ordered a $42 tshirt a week ago. No indication of it being shipped yet. Went on sale %20 off a day later, so wanted to ask for a price adjustment. I have emailed and messaged on Instagram with no reply from anyone at Seamans Crew. Naturally, there is no customer service phone number. I wish I read these reviews first. I wouldn't have wasted my money. Hopefully it shows up.

A good example of making sure you read reviews before ordering (something I wish I’d done myself). Expensive for a start, thought that might have been an indicator to quality service - defintely not, two and a half weeks later and still waiting for this to arrive. Had expected the teeshirt to arrive in time for going away tomorrow but alas, IF it does turn up it’ll be when I’m away. Disappointed.

Fraud Company. I ordered on 1.5.24 and paid via amazon pay. Worst customer service ever. After 3 weeks still no goods delievered, no information and several emails unresponded. Customer service at it`s worst. I claimed as fraud on amazon pay and hope to get back my money.

Ordered 13/3/24 and delivered 9/4/24, so took 3.5 weeks to arrive. I ordered 2x2 t shirts in different sizes. I tried to return the two too small via tracked Royal Mail. It was delivered 26/4/24 and I have still not had a refund or any confirmation regarding this. Big scam, t shirts are average and do not look as good as on the website.

Bought, paid for, nothing turned up. I've contacted them and have had to raise a dispute.
