Taken the money and no T-shirt delivered a month later. SCAM! Do not buy from this company. No obvious way of getting your money back…
Desperately disappointed

Muy mala experiencia. Mala calidad de la camiseta. La serigrafía es malísima para el precio que tiene. Ha tardado mucho más de lo anunciado en llegar, la talla no corresponde y lo peor es que NO contestan a los mails ni a los mensajes de Instagram. Un desastre. Nada que ver con lo que anuncian de buen rollito y calidad.

Slow delivery. Terrible returns process; "Just send it back" was the advice. 4 weeks later still no refund.
SCAM

Orderd over 2 weeks ago , no confirmation this has even been shipped. Iv emailed and messaged them but they are rude and dont responed. I am now asking for a refund , if i dont get this i will be taking further action as the customer service is awful. Please DO NOT order from this conpany....Seamanscraw is you see this contact me so i can get my refund.

Rubbish, avoid. Poor quality cotton. Poor quality logo application. Ridiculous sizing. Long delivery time. Waste of time. Opened package. Tried garment on. Threw in bin. Lesson learned.

I cannot warn people away from this company enough. I ordered £176 of clothing a month ago tomorrow and as far as my order tracking shows me, it hasn't gone anywhere. 3 emails went unresponsive, I briefly got a hold of someone on their live website chat this weekend, but surprise surprise, 3 days later - no movement and all is quiet.
For a small clothing company, the sheer number of poor reviews on trustpilot from people who have had a similar experience is very telling. They clearly have zero control over processes and basic tracking, and don't really care about customers who have spent money with them.
Pretty shocking from a company who should be looking to leave a positive experience and grow further. I am considering small claims legal action to get my money back as I'm pretty much out of ideas at this point.

Do not order from this company! I ordered from here almost 2 months ago and had nothing received...

Emailed them numerous times having 1 reply stating will be delivered asap which was on the 6th April and still nothing.

Avoid buying from here, it's clearly a scam!

Ordered from the UK over 3 weeks ago, my order has been ‘registered pending deposit’ in the Correos tracking system and hasn’t moved since 14th April. Emails and messages being completely ignored - just want my money back now. Avoid at all costs, it’s a scam. Like others, I wish I’d read these reports before placing an order - will be seeking compensation from my bank, reporting them as a fraudulent scam company and reporting the Spanish authorities.

Liars. Website states 180 g/m2 cotton. T shirt is 65% polyester/35% cotton. Junk made in Bangladesh for pennies and marked up exorbitantly and dishonestly.

Avoid.

It’s over two weeks after the confirmation of my order. Status hasn’t changed and zero response to my call (email, insta and Facebook)… feeling is not okay. Hopefully they surprise me so I can share a more positive review.

Wish I’d seen the comments here before ordering. Complete joke, absolutely useless company. Shockingly poor quality shirts and sub zero service. Avoid at all costs.
Only upside is they promised to refund my purchase. Let’s hope that works out.

Frustrated beyond belief! I ordered 2 t-shirts 3 weeks ago now (15 business days) and still no sign of the items, or any indication that they're on their way to me. I have emailed the customer support 3 times now and had no response. This company is currently operating outside of its own shipping information guide and their terms of service indicate that none of this is their problem or their responsibility. Please do not be fooled by their online presence. It seems to be that this is a company that is very happy to take your money and give you very little to nothing back. They do not care how long this takes and they don't care about the customers who have actually given them money for their 'products'. Almost certainly a scam and now I am going through the motions of reviewing/reporting this business

Goede kwaliteit t-shirts en truien. Topservice en bestel er al jaren. Eventuele ‘klachten’ worden erg goed opgelost.

The shirts were fantastic, but what truly stood out to me was the exceptional customer service I received. The team was incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring that I had a positive shopping experience from start to finish. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

Quick to take your money but don't respond to emails. Bought a Japanese Wave sweatshirt which clearly shows a nice little SC logo on the bottom front, nice touch - like a clothes tag. Item arrived and is overpriced for the quality/fit. There is no SC label as shown. So basically the images don't reflect the product you get. Sent email but got no response. Since found a UK company that can make similar at a fraction of the price.

UPDATE Replacement promised never arrived or a direct email to try to resolve.

Bestellung kam erst nach 6 Monaten und auch erst nach mehreren E-Mail-Beschwerden. Reaktionszeit auf die E-Mails war zwar recht schnell, aber es passierte dann trotzdem nichts weiter. Keine Empfehlung. Nie wieder.

Indtil videre 1 stjerne. Bestilte d 11 december. Synes jeg var i god tid og det var julegaver.
Men opdager her en uge efter hvor jeg har undret mig over jeg ikke har hørt noget, at det kan tage 10-15 dage.
Har forsøgt st kontakte SMC for at høre om jeg kan gøre noget for at få pakken før jul. Det er bare tavst og man kan ikke ringe til dem. Så indtil videre bestemt ikke en god oplevelse og jeg er SÅ ærgerlig over at ikke have gaverne til jul 🥺
