Absolute belter of a place bought a jbl speaker from here it’s a serious machine great customer service couldn’t ask for better I’m the life of the party now. Would recommend highly 👍

Bought a washing machine online but wanted to find out a bit more information on it. When i contacted their sales email I had a lovely girl called andrea inform me of anything i was confused about. She even offered to call me and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable with my new machine! Great service and I got my washer the following day so was fast too highly recommend!

I purchased an Indesit washing machine from Sean Hennessy Electrical approximately three months ago. Since then, the machine has experienced several issues, including a pump fault that was never properly resolved.
Despite repeated attempts to get the problem fixed, the situation dragged on for almost a month without a satisfactory outcome. A washing machine is an essential household appliance, and being left without a reliable solution for such a long period was extremely frustrating.
Unfortunately, the lack of effective after-sales support left us with no choice but to purchase another washing machine today. This was an expense we should not have had to incur so soon after buying a new appliance.
I am very disappointed with the overall experience, both with the product and the handling of the issues afterwards. As a result, I will not be a customer of Sean Hennessy Electrical again and would not recommend this experience to others.

Warning! do not do business with this person and their family! sold 2 faulty units, was no help to move either in or out of business, blamed customer for issue and did not want to check because “my unit don’t do that”. tried to not pay taxes like any business should. children at the place of business working for the owners and moving products whilst others run around vehicles. uses ai slop on business website and advertisements when it is so simple to take a photo or pay another small business from another small business. when taken second machine back a man proved the first machine was leaking and was faulty probing he’s machine do in fact leak.

Bought my American fridge in Rathkeale recently. Service was great and staff were very helpful. Special thanks to Caoimhe who we dealt with and Sean who delivered the fridge very quickly. Have been shopping with Hennessys for years couldn't recommend enough!

Avoid not good at all

From start to finish a great experience. No delays in delivery which was brilliant. Took my old fridge away and all the rubbish too. From Jason who dealt with us I store to Nico and Jamie who delivered I couldn’t find fault. All knowledgeable in their respective jobs and so easy and pleasant to deal with.

Had a great experience with Emma in the Shannon store, we wanted a specific style of kettle for our kitchen and she went above and beyond and sourced it for us even though it was out of stock in that store. We really appreciated the effort she went to and will definitely return again in future!

I had a really great experience ordering from this company.

I purchased a Shark vacuum online on Monday 22 December. On Tuesday, I received a voicemail confirming it would be delivered on the 24th, and later that day the driver texted to ask if delivery that evening (23rd) would suit instead.

Ordering on the 22nd and receiving next-day delivery during the Christmas period is genuinely impressive. Communication throughout was clear and helpful, and the delivery flexibility was very much appreciated.

While the website could benefit from a bit of modernising, overall the experience was excellent and I would absolutely purchase from them again.

I have purchased from the Mallow store this year and found staff friendly and helpful and prices are always competitive. Shop local when you have this option.

What a service, I ordered for delivery to Dublin on the Tuesday got a phone call from a Lovly lady on the Wednesday to make sure it was ok to deliver on the Thursday, later got a text message from the delivery guy who I taught was a bot, i replied to the text to say leave with a Neighbour if I’m not in they text me back to assure me they would take good care of the package, where do you get that these days highly recommend and will be my first point of call when I need anything in the future thanks guys

Ordered an oven, but just before it was to be delivered they noticed some damage, so they proposed a better oven and matched the price so i could still get my oven delivered on time .,very happy with their service and their pricing

I usually visit Sean Hennessy Electrical store in Mallow have done so over the years, It's a store with a great choice of items , staff are very friendly ,helpful and knowledgeable. I do like when I hear them give their own impression of an item they have purchased and its good or not so good points .Parking is also a plus ,giving one time to brouse and discuss your purchase . No need for North Cork to travel else where I can reccommend this stor highly to others .

Store in mallow is amazing, very helpful staff , after buying a few different appliances there very happy with them lots of choice and price range , will certainly be going back when needed

I have visted 2 stores the rathkelae store and the mallow store. I went in for a fridge in the mallow store a woman with blonde hair was helping me she knew the products well but when I went to pay I saw her being rude to the other employees which I find is very unprofessional especially infront of customers. Only positive is the young man who loaded the fridge into the car. The rathkelae store is another story. First I saw a shouting match between a customer and employee, when I asked an emplyee about products the woman seemed to know little to nothing about the product. Walked out without buying anything. Won't be visiting again. Wouldn't recommend to anyone I know.

My integrated fridge gave up on me suddenly, and I needed a replacement fast. Jason in-store was brilliant, so helpful and really knew his stuff, making it easy to find the right one.
Delivery was super quick too, and Sean, who dropped the fridge off, was friendly, professional, and had everything sorted in no time. Great service all round. I’d highly recommend Sean Hennessy Electrical to anyone.

I couldn’t get any other shop in the country to supply me with an American fridge that would fit the narrow space I have. The doors needed to be removed off the old one, taken outside and taken away for recycling. Then the new one then had to have the doors removed before coming inside and refitted once inside, no one would even quote me for this except Sean Hennessys. They said they would be with me Friday and they turned up as promised. Absolutely thrilled, couldn’t recommend enough, they really went above and beyond to help me
