My order is #1076 and I have been waiting for any update for almost 3 weeks. I have sent over 5 message and 3 emails and they have not answered it at all. From the looks of it it’s a scam, so either you give me my order or a refund.

There is no update on my order placed on May 1.
It seems that I would not get my order and I run out of my patience.

I must say that the refund still didn’t…

I must say that the refund still didn’t come after 5 business days, I waitied 2 days more and nothing came to my account.
I contacted my bank but they said that the merchant hasn’t initiated the refund from their end.

We have sent you the both refunds with the receipts that you have received them as we know the systems never lied.

We have mailed each other more than 40 times.

We are sorry for your experience but we actually can’t do anything more because the refund system works just by clicking on a button and it’s sent back.
