I emailed contact but no response and…

I emailed contact but no response and after reading the reviews seems like i probably will not be getting my item.

My order is #1078 and I would like a refund if you do not plan on sending the item any time soon.

We contacted the shop several times , but no reply. Online chat is down. Emails not acknowledged. Will contact my bank.

Jeg har for nylig modtaget mit Corteiz tracksuit fra Secret Steady, og jeg kunne ikke være mere tilfreds med mit køb. Sættet består af både hoodie og joggers, og det er tydeligt, at der er lagt stor vægt på kvalitet og design.

Materialet er utroligt blødt og behageligt, perfekt til både afslapning hjemme og til en mere casual stil, når man er ude. Pasformen er også helt i top; det sidder løst nok til at være komfortabelt, men stadig med en god silhuet, der ser stilfuld ud.

i ordered a corteiz spring jacket in grey,nearly 2 weeks later i havent been sent any emails besides secretsteady asking if i forgot my order, i am incredibly frustrated with this website. personally im never ordering from here again and i would reccomend anyone to in the future
