Great experience

Betaald negenenvijftig euro op 14 december voor een set kristallen armbanden, maar ze kwamen niet goed aan en ik heb direct om terugbetaling gevraagd. Ze zeiden dat het een week zou duren, nou die week is nu twee maanden geleden en niks gebeurd. Ik heb drie keer gemaild en krijg steeds een ander antwoord, eerst zeiden ze dat mijn bankrekening fout was, daarna dat ze het hadden verstuurd maar dat kan niet kloppen want het staat hier niet. Echt frustrerend, ik zie mijn geld niet terug en niemand helpt me echt verder hiermee

Betaald zevenenveertig euro op 12 januari voor een zilveren armband met gravure. Na twee weken niets ontvangen, dus ik stuur een mail naar hun support. Geen antwoord. Ik probeer het live chat ding op de site, maar dat loopt gewoon in kringen, dezelfde vragen telkens. Nog twee mails gestuurd en niks, compleet radio silence. Uiteindelijk heb ik mijn bank gebeld om terug te draaien. Het product is nooit aangekomen en niemand van seeer.com geeft een duit om je probleem op te lossen.

Ik heb op 12 november voor drieëntachtig euro een artikel besteld op seeer.com, maar het kwam beschadigd aan. Ik heb meteen contact opgenomen en ze zeiden dat ik het terug kon sturen met een retourlabel. Ik heb het pakketje teruggestuurd op 18 november, maar sindsdien niks meer gehoord. Na twee weken heb ik ze gemaild en ze antwoordden dat het in behandeling was. Nu is het begin januari en mijn geld is nog steeds niet terug. Ik heb nog twee keer gemaild maar krijg alleen automatische berichten. Dit is echt frustrerend, twee maanden zonder antwoord.

In general, platform is easy to use, with a lot of advisors to choose from. To me, the advisors that I approach is nice and very helpful. They managed to give advice to my career and my life direction. But ultimately its still depends on yourself.

The downside is that i do hope for some promotions such as reload bonus or some free minutes. As typing usually may not be immediate and easily running out of time.
