it's really weird that if you are telling them reality they will definitely block you and their costumer support representative is really dumb and rude she will never help you before her there was a guy name James he is really a decent guy and a caring person but now they are only seeking money from clients but does not care about your feelings. After I requested the money back guarantee for dissatisfactory services, they blocked my account due to "my suspicious behaviour". I am still waiting for my money back. Cannot recommend.
