I don't know why I rated you 4star. I was switched to so many different people I'm still confused. The first person was very nice. The next one actually seemed bothered with my asking questions.

My guy Matt was the best he was very friendly and easy to understand and explained everything thoroughly. Highly recommend.

I was unable to see the physician due to my health insurance company that I switched to. My healthcare facility was not in the network

While people may not understand this comment, I was happy to talk to a representative that spoke English and I could understand. He was very informative and courteous. I would have given the process a five but having to go through two additional reps for the interview to be over, I just though it was too long a process as I was on the phone just shy of 2 hours. With that said I'm happy w the plan I selected though.
