Anne Dolmage was so wonderful
Anne Dolmage was so wonderful, she explained everything to me so well. She made me I understood everything and she made sure to answer all my questions in such a patient manner. I was so pleased with her help with me for the 2 hours it took she never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. She is top tier customer service for sure!!!

It’s important to have DSS information and a clear decision as to what tools were used to conclude their determination/ decision.
I understood the representative buy in information, however it did not answer my concerns. I feel as if I was forced into making a quick judgement decision without all clear facts or other alternative to better choices.
