Unfortunately I’d received a faulty product

Website was easy to use. Products are exactly as described as was packaging. Delivery took a bit longer than expected, but that’s likely down to Royal Mail and not Self & More.

My product was on pre-order which is fine, I expected to wait for a while until it was in stock. However there was no updates at all about expected shipping dates. And then parcel arrived randomly one day. Only few days later I got an dispatched email. It would be nice I was kept in a loop about status of order, but I understand if it is not possible.

Fantastic customer service. Was given details of delivery and able to track it, if needed and arrived in unmarked and unlabelled packaging which was perfect when it was delivered to a neighbour!

This review is written the morning after my Self & More products have been tested, so I can 100% truthfully say I am a satisfied customer 😉
One wasn’t quite the size I’d hoped, but still great quality and feel…. And just gives me the excuse to buy the bigger one I was umming and aahing about at checkout.
Great packaging and delivery time - though the delivery company themselves did a great job of potentially leaving an opportunistic thief confused when they left the package unattended on our street-front doorstep 🤣
