My item has not arrived yet! I have been waiting over a month for it without any contact. All attempts of reaching out have been ignored. Very disappointed!

Scam. Never got any updates on my order, never got the order and never heard back from their customer support.

I never received my package I ordered February 4, 2026….I emailed the company twice with no response my order number is 22558.. Don’t trust this site it’s unreliable

One star is generous because I never received my purchases. I’ve replied 3 times to emails asking for ratings, but I never get a response. I’m guessing this is a scam, and hopefully my message will warn others.

Product never showed up. I tried contacting customer service 2 times with zero response. Do not recommend this site.

I ordered my items in November of 2025 and I still have not received them nor have they shipped yet.

My order was never delivered. I contacted customer service for an update and have, as of today, still received no response. I will not be ordering from here again, which is unfortunate since I really liked their merchandise when I ordered a few years ago.

If I could give 0 starts I would. I placed and order and payed for shipping and it never arrived. I've sent 3 emails to try and resolve my issue, but no one has reached back out. At this point I just want a full refund. I've purchased from the site before in the past and had no problems. I won't be using this site in the future and will recommend people stay away from it.
