The order was delivered quickly. The products are of high quality. I had a small question for customer service, which was answered quickly to my satisfaction.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! They have the worst return policy ever. We bought a sweater for 160 and they offered $20 for a return.

Awful Customer service and terrible quality, I would never recommend this brand.

The products did arrive, despite a mess of an ordering system (including the fact that I was never given an order number at purchase!). Their size guides are completely useless. The size XL skirt that I purchased measures 29" in the waist, which does not even meet the minimum size indicated, by *their own* size guide, for a L! The return process has been beyond annoying. Three emails before they finally agreed to send me the return information. They tried to bribe me into keeping the items by crediting me $20. The cost of shipping back to China is exorbitant. They don't provide a cheaper alternative (European address or pre-paid return label). I wish I'd read the other user's review. I won't keep an item that is 3 sizes too small for me. But I'm afraid once I ship the return I'll never get a thing back from them. What a disgusting and unethical company. Shame on them. STAY AWAY FROM SELFWHO!
UPDATE: I followed their return instructions down to the letter, including sending without a required signature!!! The post office said that to do that, they can't provide a tracking number. [Stupidly] I went ahead, photo documenting the return, which includes a printout with the order number and other details. So now, guess what, Selfwho has told me that without a tracking number, even if the items arrive, they can't process a return. Brilliant. So reiterating my previous comment, STAY AWAY FROM SELFWHO and shame on such a disgusting, misleading, unethical company.

Terrible company to buy from! The skirt looks nice at first, but it wrinkles so badly it’s completely impractical—unless you plan to carry a steamer everywhere you go. I returned it in mid-July, and now it’s mid-August and I still haven’t received my refund. I asked for my refund while providing proof that the return package has been delivered but they ghosted me! Very disappointing! I have to dispute with my credit card company. On top of that, SELFWHO had the audacity to email me to ask why I refused to pay after I got the skirt?! WTF?! That's so messed up! Please get your shit together!
