Worse company in Australia, misleading and deceiving business with the worse communication with their customers. I’m glad they are now out of business for good.
Glad to hear no longer in service
Glad to hear no longer in service. I had two terrible experiences with them. Not collecting parcel for over two weeks, and only then I kept at it with them. Drove me crazy. Then they loose items. 1 out of 4 of mine was lost. Then they don't compensate either. Very bad service, the worse you can get. They simply did not care less. Don't know how they even lasted a few years.
USELESS and now shut down
It's now all over the news that they have abruptly shutdown leaving customers in the dark. I have been waiting for a Tag Heuer watch to arrive since December 30. They forgot to pick it up from the depot until a week later and only after the sender chased them up. It then got picked up but has not moved since? I am in NSW on the south coast and it was sent from Sydney. Aussie Post always does it in one or two days. Sendle have taken over two weeks and nobody even knows where it is? They are USELESS! But they are now out of business.
Worst service
More than 3 weeks to collect the parcel. They could not trace it and client advised no delivery. No compensation worst customer service . Absolute disgrace

My address was clearly stated in the label and yet the driver delivered the package 3.1 kilometres away. Apparently attention to detail and common sense is not important. Customer service is also non-existent. This cost me more than the shipping fee not to mention the inconvenience.
Slow as a wet week…
Terrible experience every time someone sends to me using sendle says- takes weeks for things to arrive and one time it didnt arrive at all!
Retrieved my own parcel after their incompetence
I would prefer to offer no stars whatsoever, as I ended up having to do the job of this dodgy courier company for them.
I ordered a new diary via eBay, was advised it had been delivered, but it had not. It transpired that the Sendle delivery driver had chosen to deliver the package elsewhere, despite their chosen location having no clear address (and without bothering to check Google Maps, to boot). Sendle's initial response was poor. They tried to make me use a website requiring a login to carry out further correspondence, to follow up a chat bot myself for updates, and advised it would take at least 7 days for resolution! Furthermore, the first few Sendle customer staff folks were incapable of saying, "I'm sorry". It was all "I understand" and "How frustrating", absolute weasel words that mean nothing and are disrespectful to boot. I was sent photos from the driver to "prove" delivery, which showed a different location, clearly a set of units rather than a house, with no address featured. I countered this by providing photos of my own house and front door. Instead of taking this information on board, and immediately recognizing that the delivery had been made to the wrong address, they did - guess what, wait for it - NOTHING. Not a single thing. I had to keep following them up, over and over. Eventually, I was told that they were doing an "internal investigation" and later planned to "interview the driver" and then "search the van" and "search the depot" - eh? None of these items were even actioned, as of the end of three days later. The company sat on its hands and did sod all, whilst writing back with platitudes from their wildly deluded "Customer Happiness" staff.
In the end, I had to search my neighbourhood, and found my own frigging parcel on someone else's doorstep after trespassing on their property, at my own risk. I was super lucky that the resident appeared to be away and hadn't taken my item inside. So I had to go and retrieve my parcel by myself, after doing my own detective work, whilst Sendle staff sat around congratulating themselves on doing precisely nothing.
I had originally heard it was a good company, recommended by a trusted friend, but now I won't be using them for a single solitary job. Never, ever.

I decided to try Sendle through eBay.
I dropped of the package at one of their locations and then nothing happened. Senile's help line couldn't find the package and couldn't contact the drop-off agent. I had to drive to the agent (who didn't have anyone authorised to scan the package), retrieve my package and drop it off elsewhere. Not only did they not compensate me for their failings, they charged me extra for the size of the package - didn't tell me they were going to do it - just got eBay to bill me. No proof, no evidence, and my package fell well within the limits shown on eBay's website.
Never using them again - Auspost only in the future

Lost my package. Three months later they are still telling me different things but keep trying to take money from my account because the order was cancelled by the buyer after we waited as long as we could then finally I purchased a replacement for them so as to not ruin my reviews as a seller. I have lost my item and almost $100 and they are the most incompetent group of people who call themselves "customer happiness champion". This company is a scam! Keep away!!! They don't even know the interface of their own impossible website. This is insanely stressful for the most basic thing!!
Never follow delivery instructions
totally useless. Too lazy to follow the authority to leave, said they attempted to deliver, no intercom ring. Instead say no safe place to leave it. IN MY CASE A LOCKED LETTERBOX.has happened more than once... horrible service
Cheap for a reason
Sendle was working for my EBay business for a period of time but one hiccup really showed how poor their customer service is.
The $300 'insurance' on all of your shipped items will almost never be paid out. An item I sent to a customer was damaged in transit, and although I provided the tax invoice, evidence of the damage from all angles and proof of sale, they still wouldnt offer a refund.
Terrible service, I would not recommend at all. Stay away.

They lost my package over 2.5k AUD, had to lodge a ticket and after many many email exchanges requesting this information and that information they finally refunded me $160 AUD of my cost. This company is simply crap, the worst courier in the world,

Sendle utilises a courier network so useless its actually incredible.
Multiple times i have had failed pickups of parcels, where the driver attempted nothing.
I have told them to buzz my intercom or use the building office buzzer, to open the sliding door. Both of these asks proved to be a stretch beyond the abilities of drivers, as they could do neither. Sendle considers this a use of resources, so you pay for the driver's time, even though they don't do their job.
No matter, i will pay AGAIN to have it picked up and i will give them a simple four digit to open the door.
Yet again this is too much of an ask from a sendle courier. Failed to pick it up.
okay maybe to make it as simple as possible i will go drop it off at an approved sendle location. I did that, and the staff member at the location, "yes i don't know how that works, we need more information about it. We can't take your parcel"

bought and paid for item on 2 December the eBay seller used sendle and I wished they didn't.. it supposed to be a present for a relative for xmas, it's now December 30 and if you go to tracking there's no sign of it anywhere so obviously they've lost it and will make up all sorts of customer service pr damage control but at the end of the day sendle you are a rubbish company

Even after multiple attempts to liaise with the company my parcel still remains undelivered after over a week.
The drivers state they have left a card, I have footage of them driving up to my gate once, taking a picture and driving away. All other “attempts of delivery” has been false. Drivers have not even shown up at my house and have marked it as undeliverable.
Do not use this service!!
Wrong Delivery!
I was waiting at home for a parcel which was bought for Christmas Eve. Suddenly, I was surprised to receive an email indicating that my parcel had been delivered!!! After much follow-up, they sent me three photos as "Proof of delivery". Yes, the parcel was delivered somewhere else to someone else. Thank you, Sendle, for ruining my Christmas Eve!
Dishonest courier
Dishonest courier. They advertise international parcels will be delivered within 30 days and my items has still not been delivered and it has been a month. They also decided to charge me an extra 120 dollars on top of the 130 I payed for four pieces of clothing weighing 2kg. Sendle took this money out of my account without my authorisation. Please be aware they can charge you more than initial price quoted. I have paid over $200 to send 4 pieces clothing. For reference Aus Post does the same delivery for $110 and DHL charges $200 and delivers within a week. Sendle completely wasted my time and money.

Possibly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with like a comedy scene but it’s not funny. Ordered product in time for Christmas Dec 8. Product sent straight away. Wrong suburb was on package. Fair enough mistakes happen might have been me. Get message ‘delivery returned to depot.’ Which depot? No idea. Search Sendle website request redelivery to correct address via their ‘redelivery’ option. Wait a few days. Nothing. Search Sendle Website to find out where its gone. Find ironically named ‘chat with us’ link. This is of course a ‘bot’ reply. Bot tells me I received an email or card saying where my product was. I did not. Bot transfers me to an actual person who boldly states ‘a redirection or delivery to a different address is not yet part of our service agreement with our courier partners.’ ‘Why [the xxxx did you] say you can redeliver it then’ I said? You can pick it up from ‘the depot.’ Which depot I ask yet again. On Mars? The moon? Am I supposed to guess? Oh, Aramex Perth a third party here. (Strange detail emerges) Where’s that? Welshpool? That’s 25 km away I say! Dec 22 ring Aramex ‘can you deliver my package I’ll pay? ‘Sure’ they say. ‘I’ll be home all day can you tell me what time they will deliver?’ No package. Then get a text ‘your package is waiting at the depot’. Which depot? Dec 24 ring them again (after 20 minute hold) ‘You said you could deliver it?’ ‘I’m sorry we cant do that’. ‘Well I’ll come and pick it up.’ Arrive at the mysterious depot after 30 minute drive. Bloke says ‘I’ll see if I can find it.’ Amazingly he produces my package marked ‘urgent.’ Get home and get a text from Sendle ‘Delivery Complete!’ Your parcel from … has been delivered. We hope you enjoyed using Sendle.’ Right.
