I always book Couriers Please and give…

I always book Couriers Please and give them over 12 hours notice and I am only 5 minutes fromt he CBD and they never pick by parcel up the day I book it. And if it is a Friday I have to wait until Monday as they don't pick up on a Saturday and this delays my customer 3 more days. This is not good enough and I am never using them again it has happened way too many times.

Delivery company that does not deliver

A person from Couriers Please rings in the morning on Fri 17-Apr-26, after three weeks of delay, and says there’s a package. I ask to ring my unit when he gets here and deliver to my unit and he says he can’t deliver to my unit, he does not have the authority. What kind of bullshit is this? This package is big and heavy and I cannot carry it myself. When you try Couriers Please website, there is no way to bypass the idiotic bot and there is NO WAY to contact them, none whatsoever! Would I ever purchase anything that I cannot lift and carry myself if I didn’t think it would be delivered to my door???

incompetent company. lazy delivery drivers

lazy drivers who do not even attempt delivery but just dump order at the newsagent to pick up. not only did i specify to be left at front door, i was actually home when I got the text to advise delivery had been attempted. Calling BS on that- there was no knock on the door, nor was my order left at the door. Immediately ran outside- no driver in sight. Then called their customer service who advised they would organise re-delivery - only to get a text 20 mins later- advising I had to pick up from newsagent. Meanwhile, getting an email saying it would be re-delivered. Again BS to stop the complaint. This courier company is Incompetent from the top of the chain all the way down. I wish sellers would stop using them. Has happened on numerous occasions. Yet other couriers have no problem doing their job & delivering correctly.

Diabolical delivery and service…

Diabolical delivery and service experience. We tried to use them but they either lost or could not deliver about 20% of orders. Support is overseas and takes days to get back on anything.

These people are so unreliable.
I was supposed to receive a parcel on the 24th of March. It was late and the post details said that there was an issue when someone FINALLY got back in contact with me they told me it didn’t have a sufficient address. These guys have delivered to me once or twice before no issues. After using the address that was given originally they emailed me a screenshot of my house and had then told me that the parcel was sent back to the sender and that they would have to pay to resend it to the same address I gave them again. So they are expecting me to pay twice for postage for their own mistake; plus what if it happens again?

False Delivery Claim

Claims that parcel was delivered but no sign of it anywhere. Stay clear of buying anything which uses this courier company to deliver. Their drivers don’t provide photo evidence of delivery re where they left your parcel. This absolutely paves the way for their drivers to simply not deliver the parcel (but claim they have) and instead keep the parcel for themselves.

This courier was never on time

This courier was never on time, delivery is always late. I purchased from ink station which was dispatched quick, got a notification for delivery on wed, but didn't arrived. The tracking says unable to deliver, rescheduled on the next business days which was thursday, we waited didn't arrive. I just hope the company checks feedback from customers before using courier company. We paid for shipping but didn't deliver. This is not the first time I had this problem with them. The items are urgent that is why I checked how long is the delivery.

They don’t even deserve one star!
I’ll book a pick up, they take the money immediately, but I can’t print a consignment note. This only happens with this company. I can print consignment notes with Australia Post, DHL even Sendle when they were in business..

They are ripping people off.
They owe me money. They have robots who don’t speak very good English as customer service agent who keep apologising for the inconvenience but can’t fix anything.!

This company needs investigating!!!!! making millions of people and not providing a service.

All round crap!!!!

Auatralias laziest drivers and most incompetent company. They hold the record for lowest rates courier in the world.
Avoid these at all costs. Twice the lazy driver jist leaves parcel out front of a complex for anyone to take.
Useless as anything could ever be.

Every time I purchase something online…

Every time I purchase something online and the company uses Couriers Please I just know I am going to face issues and low and behold I get a "Delivered" notification with a photo somebody else's door. Trying to get help from an automated chat bot is also my favorite, especially when it asks to walk around your street looking for it. I'd imagine Iran's postal service is more reliable.

Courier Really? Please tell me another one.

I ordered 2 Pairs of thongs from Target Elizabeth Feb 21, first order disappeared (Aust Post I think) so I ordered again from Target Eliz after Refund (I wanted these specific ones) 7th of March (Saturday) they booked Couriers please at 10.47 am picked up at 11.10am it is now the 18th and after having to contact them 3 days ago it has arrived at their depo yesterday 10.17 am and I still do not have it, I live in Salisbury Elizabeth for you non SA people is about 10 minute drive, I ordered a pair from Kmart same day as first Target order it arrived from Melbourne 3 business days later no issues, I know both companies are under Coles banner so unfortunatly for Coles Big W is my new go to, Couriers please are useless and losing customers for their clients left and right. Their call centre is in an asian country I know this from talking to customer service and the email that came from them that was not date stamped in the order we do.

I have waited in for two days for my parcel and their driver didn't even bother to ring the buzzer for me to collect. I have to go back to work tomorrow and most likely won't be able to collect my parcel from wherever in the hell they are taking it. Absolute joke of a company with staff who couldn't care less.

CourierPlease should shut down

A delivery attempt was made by the courier on Friday 27 February. The tracking states a delivery card was left however there was no card and later on, I found out that it will be a text, instead.

Following this, I attempted several times to organise a redelivery through the courier’s online system, but it did not allow me to proceed even though the parcels were listed as being held at the depot. When I contacted their support team, I was advised that parcels are normally held for 7 days before being returned to the sender.

In this case, the parcels were received at the depot on Friday 27 February and were already shipped to the sender by Tuesday 10 March at approximately 9:00am. This effectively allowed only five business days for collection (Monday 2 March – Friday 6 March), with Monday 9 March being a public holiday.

I also did not receive any notification that the parcels were about to be returned. The courier has now confirmed that the items were returned to the sender and I am going around in circles chasing up my parcels.
Also, when the items are returned, they issue a new barcode and change the status to the old barcode as "delivered" which is false and inaccurate.

such a crap company. I dont understand how they are still in business.

Courier not attempting to deliver

I was in all day and have received many orders from Kmart through them left in various places on my property inside and outside my main gate. I have just received a message saying they were unable to deliver and have dropped off at a hub. I don’t believe the courier even attempted to deliver as we would have heard them. I am unable to walk for 20 mins with 2 large boxes adding up to 25kg so will not be collecting and now have to wait weeks for it to be returned to Kmart and eventually get a refund. I guess if Kmart wants to pay the least amount of money for a courier service you get people unable to do the job competently.

Shady company

Three days after my order, and after my package was already meant to have been delivered, the CouriersPlease tracking just showed “shipping information received”. When the company sending my order confirmed by email it had been picked up, I rang CouriersPlease to find out was going on. They denied having the package and asked me for “proof” it had actually been picked up from the sender. Clearly a shady operation. My order was a very expensive item. No doubt stolen by the driver, later to be described as having gone “missing”. Use them at your peril.
