Le site Sendra boots est une arnaque, j'ai commandé une paire de bottes et il m'a été livré un modèle qui ne correspond pas à ma commande dans une taille différente de la mienne. Le service client ne répond pas, il ne valide pas le retour de l'article de ce fait on ne peut ni retourner l'article, ni se faire rembourser. Ce site est une arnaque, ne passer surtout pas une commande avec Sendra Boots.

Se fosse possibile, darei zero stelle. Mio marito ha ordinato l'11 maggio 2026 e oggi è il 4 luglio 2026. Niente stivali, nessun rimborso e si rifiutano di risponderci nonostante i numerosi tentativi di contattarli. Il pacco non è mai stato spedito dopo l'acquisto, non abbiamo mai ricevuto gli stivali che abbiamo pagato, non abbiamo mai ricevuto un rimborso, non abbiamo nemmeno ricevuto delle scuse o una spiegazione. Quindi ora dovremo intraprendere un'azione legale. NON comprate da questi truffatori. Non sprecate i vostri soldi, non riceverete NULLA!!!

Hoy en comprado mis primeras botas Sendra en Almansa, yendo a la fabrica o con el teléfono q hay en la puerta de la tienda del pueblo, te atiende David. Súper amable, ha hecho todo lo posible por buscarme las botas que me gustasen. Se concierta la cita en la tienda previamente por teléfono. Encantada con mis botas, ha sido un placer. Gracias

Pésimo servicio de devolución o para contactarles. Tardan mucho en responder. Devolución a tu costo (18€ en España certificado con correos) y encima tardan 20 días en devolver el dinero. 330 euros es mucho dinero para que no te lo devuelvan hasta dentro de un mes! Tampoco avisan si ya recibieron la devolución. Menos mal envié con tracking y veo que ha llegado. Tiene muy mala gestión o muy antiguo. No lo recomiendo si no quieres estar en los nervios 20 días. Aun estoy esperando….

Las botas si son preciosas y buena calidad. Mejor comprar en una tienda. Por eso di 2 estrellas.

They send an email confirmation from a personal account, an order number starting #123, a faulty the tracking link, and there is no customer support. Be seriously careful!!

Ordered boots, always had good contact and received neatly. If you are looking for super nice and high quality boots, then I definitely recommend Sendra.

Just received my boots from Sendra and are of a superior quality design and style they do fit true sizing, GYC safe n easy transaction they arrived 1 day earlier than 1 week as Sendra said but first of all my C- Ciclon Seahorse boots are great very happy for it definitely I'll recommend them my Thank you and Best Regards to Sendra Boots

I ordered boots, but got a finger ring.

So i order the boots, came out exactly the same from picture.I wear them and walked literally 15 minutes. Because of my medical condition with spine problems, i immediately wrote the email when i got them and that i wore them for 15 minutes, can i make a substitute or a refund. They said no if i wore them, like i damage the soles, BUT HOW COULD YOU SEE IF IF FITS IF YOU NOT WALK IN THEM AND TRY , with no help from the company what so ever.In every country if the shoes doesnt fit or something you can make return within few days or month,or make a substitute with a recepit. I spend a 400 e on a boots that i cant wear.Its not little money for a working class man. For me unprofessionalism and emails from company like some child is texting,not an adult. Giving me answers like 200 sendra workers will lose job if i return boots and stuff like that. For me big shame for such a talented guys who work there. Really shame and low for human standards. SHAME

Sendraboots-sverige.com är en scam. Exakt alla skor är på superrabatt utan någon förklaring. Inga kontaktuppgifter för att kontakta ägaren, dålig grammatik och stavfel och De Skriver Så Här. Man kan inte lägga något i kundvagnen utan att logga in. Som andra har sagt, de tar pengarna och skickar inget för det är en scam. Webbadressen har https:/ men DET ÄR EN SCAM.

Beställde två boots. Angav mina kortuppgifter och blev direkt ansluten till en sida där jag skulle betala 99 dollar för något annat. Helt sjukt. Aldrig varit med om liknande. Kanske är hela sidan fejk. Överväger polisanmälan.

I worked with Sendra for some years. They have always been slow but this time, 3 months after the order, 2 push back for the delivery date they finally told me they couldn’t make the order because they were busy. What is funny is that the entire company closed for holiday in May… why closing everything if you’re that busy.
Not happy about that I made an email to the direction of the company and… oh surprise, I got no answer at all.
Those guys sound more like lazy people than a sound business. I’ll take mine somewhere else and I’ll never give them another chance. Thank you Pedro for being that bad… I’ll remember if our path crosses again.

Jag har också blivit blåst på bootsen jag beställde. Dom drog pengar men sen hände inget mer. Och dom svarar inte på några som helst frågor när man kräver ett svar.

Firstly, all of these other reviews are for people that unfortunately fell for fraudulent website which not only exist for Sendra, but also most other boot brands like Thursday. It is very easy to do a double check and make sure that they are genuine. This is the fault of the buyers and the fact that they decided to put negative reviews for the company here is astounding to be honest.
I bought a pair of boots and can't express how glad I am I did. Great quality and great styling.

We ordered online at sendraboots-denmark.com….and we just found out too late that it is a scam. They have taken the money and I have received nothing. Tracking number doesn’t work.
Hope Sendra will act upon these scams.

Same thing happened to me like what happened to JP Roux. Paid for boots and got cheap sunglasses instead.

I ordered boots but never received them.

Ordered cowboy boots, was advised it will be delivered next day, it came 14 days later and then it wasn’t even cowboy boots l, it was a pair of cheap sunglasses.

Thank you for the good communication and the very good service .Ordered on Wednesday and received the beautiful boots on Monday. I recommend this shop to everyone.
