I ordered a T-shirt in the wrong size, my mistake, but I followed their return process exactly as instructed and paid for the return shipping myself using their label.

Since then? Nothing.
No refund.
No replacement.
No confirmation email.
No response whatsoever.

I’ve sent multiple emails asking about the refund or at least an update, and I’ve been completely ignored. Once they have your money, they simply disappear.

This is not how a legitimate business operates. At best this is gross incompetence, at worst it’s deliberately taking customers’ money and hoping they go away.

Avoid this shop. Do not trust them.

It's the worst service. The delivery time is very long, and I only received half of the product I paid for. There’s no way to contact customer service and you get no support at all. I would never buy again.

I wish I had seen this before placing an order. No delivery, no reply to emails....now to try & get my money back.

Did not receive items and did not get an answer on any emails. Likely a scam, do not buy
