Can’t speak for the actual product as I haven’t used it. My daughter asked for this for Christmas as she loves it. Customer service is second to non. They notified me about a problem they were having and resolved it satisfactorily.

Like the fact that you are cruelty free and plastic free. Just the basics and they work.

Love the night cream. Highly recommended

I don't have enough great words to say about Sens8ate.

I tried them out not expecting too much (as a male that has never really paid much mind to my skin care routine) but having experienced the Nourishing Cleanser and Morning Dew Day Cream, I am absolutely astonished by the results. I've been receiving compliments from both males and females respectively about how my skin is glowing! So I couldn't recommend this enough for all genders.

The customer service is also unreal - responsive and super helpful! Willing to go the extra mile to get the product to the customer as soon as possible and find alternatives irrespective of possible unavailability.

I will continue screaming from all rooftops that Sens8ate NEEDS to be a household name! From the top quality products themselves, to the packaging, the customer service - it screams, clean cut LUXURY!

Aside from the products themselves (so far, body butter and facial scrub) which have helped hydrate and smooth my skin, the packaging is to die for. Customer service is also amazing. I hope to be able to grow my collection

Firstly, before anything else I want to say that the products are incredible, the packaging is beautiful and the service is amazing.

I was looking for a new sustainable organic skin care range as I was struggling with acne for a long while, I came across Sens8ate's store which I had never seen before. I started speaking with the owner, she was very kind, gave me lots of information, I tried a few testers and she gave me a skin consultation, I thanked her for the information and told her I would think about it, she wasn't pushy at all and I loved that. I looked around beauty stores at the products and nothing seemed as natural so I decided to go back and purchase some products, CBD was advised for my skin as it is an anti-inflammatory so I purchased the CBD day and night cream, cleanser and glow. I used this products and within weeks I noticed a massive difference, my skin was more smooth, the bumps and spots were less red and my skin was glowing (friends also mentioned it).
I love the products so much that I decided to go back, I have since purchased the scrub, eye cream, hand cream and lip repair balm. After a few month, I was given a tester to take home of facial oil, I LOVED it, it is also CBD and after using it for a few weeks I saw a massive difference, so I decided to buy it and I replaced the glow with the facial oil.
I went in not long after, I was told that the CBD serum was great for acne, I tried that and LOVED that too.

I now use cleanser, CBD morning dew and CBD serum in the morning and cleanser, CBD night elixir and facial oil in the evening for my skin, the eye cream and the scrub 2 times a week. My skin is glowing and it's amazing, people often comment, I have to admit I still have some acne, however, my skin is much calmer.

The products are my favourite because they are not oily and greasy at all, they do not sit on the skin but absorb straight in, I now am embracing not using make up to cover my skin as of the past three months, but if you did want to put make up on top of it, then it's amazing, it doesn't feel anymore oily and it doesn't slide of the face, which is a problem I've had with previous products, as I've tried so many in the past, I have even spent a fortune on clinic products that were advised by professionals in a clinic, which didn't work even after 8 months. I have never found a product I love until now.

This week I had an issue, I ran out of cleanser and thought it would be fine to use another one whilst I was in another city, it was a biggg mistake, my skin broke out with small painful spots, as soon as I got off the train I went straight to the store to buy more, and it was a miracle, within a day my skin had calmed down, it wasn't as red or sore either and some spots had actually cleared, I was amazed.

Not only are the skin products wonderful, but the owners are too, I didn't know the owner before buying but now she is very close friend, I often go in just for a chat even if I'm not buying anything. She and her husband are so helpful, always suggesting new ideas for my skin and giving me new products to try and find what works for me. They are incredible and kind people, they care about the products and also about the customers.

I am so grateful for the products, I will never buy from another company again. The process has been a long one for me and my skin but I finally found a product that feels great for me, it's natural and vegan which is what I wanted. Without this product I don't think I would have ever stopped covering my face with make up to hide my breakouts.

Loving these products- so smoothing and rich. A little goes a long way- feels really hydrating but not at all greasy.

I first came across this skincare brand when I visited Black Owned Hackney Market my 1st purchase was the skin bliss moisturiser. This moisturiser feels so nice on my skin and my daughters also love it our skin looks radiant skin looks fresh and smooth and the bonus is all products are cruelty free and vegan no chemicals all natural. My 2nd purchase was the Nourishing Cleanser this has to be the best face wash out there if I'm honest even my daughters use it they have stoped using there products and have stolen mine. My skin looks clearer don't really have blemishes no more since using I used to have a few break outs and these products really help. I also purchased the Morning Dew CBD Moisturising Day Cream this cream is very good if your skin is prone to breakouts and blemishes I purchased this one for my daughter and she wouldn't go back to her regular moisturiser that she used. I have also used this cream and the texture is sooo nice and the feel it leaves on your skin makes it feel silky and smooth. My daughter has been using this cream for a while now and it has made a difference and she is very happy. My 3rd purchase is the Radiance Facial Scrub this scrub makes your skin feel fresh and clean and really makes your face feel soft after using. I purchased the Glow Face Serum also and this product is like magic my skin looks sooooo nice it looks rejuvenated looks bright doesn't look dull and tired I am so pleased with all the products I have used. My next purchase will be to buy the whole CBD range.
Everything I have purchased so far I will definitely be getting again I have found a skincare brand that I really like so there is no more looking around. I would definitely give Sens8ate a strong 10 out of 10 and would definitely recommend.

The first time I bought the facial cream was in 2021. It is brilliant. I recently bought it again. I highly recommend it. It really nourishes the skin but it is not greasy. Great product!

Sens8ate created an ideal brand: cosmetics that are natural, without toxic ingredients and still have smooth consistency, smelling great, fantastic quality and pleasant in application + bringing results based on science of botanicals and herb-ology.

The packaging is exquisite (also sustainable) and well made - wooden lids with glass jars are superb.

Customer service is super friendly. I got useful recommendation for my skin type as well as very informative talk about the ingredients when enquired on what’s best for me.

Overall: lovely quality product with superb presentation and customer service that cares and knows it’s stuff - so I give it 5 stars.

I have been using Sens8ate Radiance Facial Scrub after I was given it as a gift and I absolutely love the product. The brand has impressive sustainable credentials and is gentle on my sensitive skin - I love that this specific product includes organic aloe vera extrac and watermelon seed oil. The scrub makes my skin feel polished and rejuvenated - much needed as a new mum! The packaging also looks beautiful in my bathroom.

I got a face cream as a gift from a friend. Absolutely love this product. Goes on like a dream and blends easily. Even my husband commented and complimented my skin after using it for couple of days. I will be ordering more xx

I can’t believe the results from the products as Sensate!!

I have been using the facial cleanser and face cream for 3 months now and my skin is absolutely glowing!!! My skin is brighter and less dull looking. I have no irritation which is amazing for my sensitive skin.

My skin feels refreshed, hydrated and moisturised! So happy I was recommended this product !
