They just waste your time
Ordered a aftershave, they took payment then after 5 working days they emailed some excuse about how the courier had damaged the product and that it was the last one they had blah blah.....so after waiting a total of 6 days I had to seek a refund, Waste of time ordering with them as I never got what i ordered.

2 days later email stating refund in process. No explanation given.
Day 5 still awaiting refund.

Unsatisfied customer
I received notification my order had been cancelled and refunded which it hasn’t with no explanation as to why. I’m still waiting for my money back so al in all a bad shopping experience. Please refund my money.

Very disappointed
The perfume that I ordered and confirmed the payment wasn't in stock and they take me charge twice the same amount telling me that they already give me the refund only for one payment not double that even received yet....😡

Automatic cancellation of an order
After more than a week of my purchase, and being charged, I received an email saying that my order was ready and awaiting fulfillment, but only a few days after that, another email saying my money had been refunded, when I had not asked for a refund nor received any money back. I contacted support, and had a response without an explanation. I finally got my money back, but I never asked for it as I wanted the product.
