After being born with non-immune hydrops fetalis and 40 years of suffering from chronic pain, bleeding issues, and scoliosis I finally have an answer as to WHY! Turns out I have Noonan Syndrome 8. This particular gene wasn’t discovered until 2016, so no one would have ever known that I had a rare genetic condition growing up. Thanks Sequencing for giving me the answer to my lifelong question!!

Changes were easy to make. Support was pleasant. The whole process was much faster than they said it would be. Im a little surprised at a few results but realize just because a disease is present, doesn't mean it'll show up as a hereditary condition.

The different reports were very informational, and there are options for reports for different specialists and providers. I am hoping these reports help me get a diagnosis, finally. I have suffered with chronic pain in my joints for years, and now I might actually get to finally understand why this may be happening.
I am hoping the results can also help my family members, as we do not know all of our families health history. Thank you!

Total scam. My results should've indicated a high risk for cancer and heart disease based on my parents' conditions. Both died at a young age, as did my daughter (43-cancer). Not only that, but there was no indication of diagnosed conditions that I already have. They use a lot of numbers and big words to confuse you and distract from from the smoke screen they're selling you. Do NOT waste your money. Or at the very least, do your research to find a reputable company. I wish I had.

Easy to do and received my results faster than expected! Had an issue, in my part, with the shipping address for my kit, and they changed it to the correct address quickly.

Sequencing.com offers a very valuable service at a genuinely affordable price. You get complete raw DNA data without being forced into expensive add-ons. If you want additional reports or features, they’re available for a reasonable extra cost, but nothing essential is locked behind a paywall.

If you’re on a budget and want full access to your genetic data, this is a great company to go with. And if you’re willing to spend more, their in-depth analysis tools add real value rather than fluff.

Overall, it strikes the best balance I’ve seen between cost, completeness, and quality of interpretation. For most consumers, this is one of the best values available.

I'm 70 years old and have had several hereditary-related diagnoses over the past couple of years: Prostate Cancer, Macular Degeneration, and Acral Peeling Skin Syndrome (very rare). All of these are hereditary related.

I wanted to find out the potential for something else that may pop up in the years to come. There is so much information provided, such as cancers, diseases, drug interactions, and efficacies. I'll be reviewing all of the outputs over the next several weeks and looking forward to discovering what my own DNA can tell me.

I mistakenly ordered two of the same reports. I contacted them and was refunded the cost in a couple hours! Excellent responsiveness!!

After 20 years of Dr visits and feeling awful with no results I finally have answers. I've been misdiagnosed for everything. This is very cost effective compared to having this done through your dr office. I cant recommend enouph.

Initially I was very frustrated with the volume of information and how overwhelming it was but the company appears to be growing and improving from when I first joined. I was eventually able to meet with their coach named Erika who was absolutely fantastic! She was able to walk me through their data and make sense of everything and make it usable.

Really great experience thus far! Ordered the Ultimate package w fast shipping/turn-around time during a sale. Results came quick! With all the different health issues going on between my kiddo and I, this has been great to see what could be genetically linked or not.

The AI reports are helpful in describing your gene variants & then the conditions that may be linked to those genes, plus the ones you are/are not predisposed to.

I love being able to see ALL the actual genetic info from the whole genome & accessing it online. The way they have it setup is easy to search thru for genes/conditions/etc that you may be researching.

So glad I was able to do this and have this at my fingertips to discuss w Drs when needed.

Only thing I would suggest is for them to make the extra reports on the Marketplace a little more affordable. I.e. Pharmacogenetics for meds, ancestry, etc.

I have received my reports and still going thru them. Lots of information to digest and understand. Amazing how much is in here. My medical doctor and I wi definitely use this to determine best course of action to maintain my health and well-being.

I used Sequencing.com to better understand my genetic risk profile in the context of a complex medical history. The breadth of reports is impressive, especially for identifying what did not show up, which is just as important as what did.
The platform is strongest as a data source, not a decision maker. The reports surface meaningful patterns such as cancer risk, metabolic traits, and pharmacogenomics, but interpretation still requires clinical judgment or informed self education. This is not a downside. It is simply the reality of genomics.
I appreciated that the results did not push fear based conclusions. In my case, the data helped de prioritize cancer anxiety and refocus attention on higher ROI long term risks like vascular and cognitive health.
The user interface is generally clear, although some reports overlap and can feel repetitive. A more integrated summary layer would be helpful, especially for users without a medical background.
Overall, this is a solid tool for people who want signal over hype, are comfortable thinking critically, and plan to use genetics as one input rather than a crystal ball.

TOTALLY BOGUS!! The “Results”, are NOT RESULTS!!
They literally state the different types of Genetic/ Hereditary diseases that ANY PERSON COULD HAVE, but it DOES NOT GIVE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS FOR THE PERSON THAT TOOK THE TEST!!
It’s like GOOGLING “Hereditary Diseases that ANY HUMAN COULD HAVE”, with no ACTUAL SCIENTIFIC DETERMINATION OF WHAT THE PERSON DOES, or DOES NOT HAVE!!
It’s a HUGE WASTE OF MONEY, and a TOTAL SCAM!!
DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Have your PCP (Primary Care Provider/ Physician) order Generic Testing, to see if you have Hereditary diseases!!

Good experience. Kit was simple and results were abundant but I could make sense of it. My results were quicker than expected. Would recommend.

I ordered this test because I was looking for answers about something specific, and the experience was very positive from start to finish.
