It’s been truly amazing! I just received my report today and it is so exciting to read and learn about my DNA!

Amazing amount of information in an easy to use format.

Very helpful to start now with a blueprint of my DNA and GNome test rrsults! i struggled with random syndrome that no doctor could figure it out for years, and now the explanation for every one of my symptoms is right in my face with explanation and relevance, description and with helpful options for tratment! thank you Sequencing you have help me so much!

I am overall very happy with the service. They responded very well to my concerns about processing time.

Sure you send in your DNA, which one would hope would get your answers- nope I just have more questions. Using this “service” and having given them quite a bit of money, I expected a lot more than just “it may be this or you man have this problem”. They have fancy little extras that you can pay for to get more answers about your DNA, your Ancestry, so many things.
Short story long, it isn’t worth the money and after correcting miss spelling on there email to me, then having another response come to me upside-down and backwards I have no faith in this company. Save your money and use a REAL MEDICAL DOCTOR!

The speed and accuracy of the process of genome sequencing and the generation of the reports are outstanding. The customer service is excellent.

I ordered my kit June 1 and it is July 6 when I get an email stating we're ready to view results. It could have taken 12 weeks but instead it was 4. How amazing is that. I found they progressed daily on their work in sequencing. You watch as each step takes place. The main thing though is the ease of understanding the report. You do not need a phd to understand the results. They make it in human ease language. The science is decoded so a lay person can make sense of it all. So far this is a top notch experience. I have had dna testing via my neurologist back when it was in its infancy. I already knew I had eds. I was pleased to see that my sequencing results showed exactly what I already knew and it gave me the reassurance to believe everything else. I have vitaligo as well and this also populated on the reports. I have something unknown going on with my body and this gave me the insigght i needed to follow the path of unknowing to knowing. The moment I saw EDS detected and the vitiligo I knew I could trust the report. Thank you.

Shipping to Canada was surprisingly quick considering the strikes, viewing my data was really easy, I showed it to my doctor and they thought it was helpful as well. We’re hoping to use it to uncover some on-going issues with my health!

I received my data pretty quickly, the information was insightful, I had a question that I asked of the customer support team and they answered within a couple of hours, very impressed!

Purchased the test because I was curious about some conditions that my grandparents have been dealing with. As it’s the whole genome I found out some interesting things. Very useful for curious people. Talked to customer support a couple of times around my results and they were super helpful. Overall easy process. They send a kit to you, ship it back to the lab, and had results in 5 weeks. It was faster than they advertised too which was nice. Would definitely recommend for people that want to dive deeper than other dna tests out there.

I initially gave a poor review about this company. My complaints were about the hidden cost of the subscription. While I still believe they could work on the transparency of the subscription, as well as more detailed reports -instead of may or may not have reports, they did refund my husband's subscription fee. Thank you sequencing.com for making it right.

do not give this company your credit card info!

lots of dark design patterns:
- "monthly" plan is actually a year of commitment.
- very hard to unsubscribe
- impossible to see when and why they charged you.

After months trying to download my files, support stopped answering my messages. Awful company, terrible support, sleazy tactics... If you want your genome data, go somewhere else. I will be filing a complaint with my state attorney general/consumer protection. And their response to this post was to simply give me the boilerplate instructions that their support team has been feeding me for months that does not work. The worst....

Affordable but the best genetic testing experience I've had. Complete genome in 30x coverage. Online platform and onboarding are great. Very well polished. Useful reports.

This has been such a great experience! I expected to wait much longer than I actually did, but the timing for results was actually really good. I have finally received answers after having so many issues since childhood, and I couldn't be more happy. The process was very easy, instructions were very easy, and mailing the kit back to them was also very easy. There is also an email that is sent every time your DNA is moved to a new testing area, so that you constantly know where/how long each part will take. Very satisfied!

I learned about the possibility of hereditary pancreatitis and immediately remembered that my paternal grandfather died from pancreatic cancer. I am now scheduling for testing for this as well as all the possible risks that were turned up in my sequencing. I have been able to show my reports to my daughters and compare them all to family medical histories and it ALL makes sense now! I LOVE THIS!

Don't recommend it. They give you 30 days premium but every time you want to view something it takes them 1-2 days to process, by the time I tried to understand it the 30 days were up. And they want $40/month after to just interpret the data. And their DNA explorer doesn't really work after the 30 days, meaning the reports you can view poof and are gone. I also discovered that the raw reports from Sequencing aren't usable for any of the 3rd party interpretive services which was disappointing to learn. They seem focused on trying to extract every dollar they can rather than offer a good experience for customers. They should run the standard gene explorer when they get the reports, instead if you want to view it click run and have to come back in a few days. Stay away, not worth it. Felt I got bait and switched.

I have had good service from Sequencing.com, even to them providing a second kit when my mother did not collect enough DNA to work the first time
