I signed up for this system but everything was rushed and not transparent, They never explained how many subscribers were in each area and just took money from my account with no backup service at all, A complete waste of time and money, just another tech fraud system, I would strongly advise against this subscription, Its been one year since I unsubscribed and they are hounding me and causing me severe stress, threatening me to court, Lets me clear here when a company cannot supply a product that is advertised then they must compensate for any money paid to them.

Terrible company , signed me up to a service that they did not deliver , promised personal weekly support and was a waste of time , after 3 months I had enough and canceled the service as they lied and miss sold it!
They keep taking money from my account without permission! Woman on the phone very obnoxious and horrible, I’m now going legal to recover money taken without permission and fraudulently! Stay away at all cost

Didn't get a single job in from them. Every time I rang up to get help they didnt help at all, Just kept passing me round. After the first month when I didnt get a single job in I just cut my losses. 18 months later I get bailiffs at the door saying I owe them money! Do not go with these people. Absolute scum

Terrible company signed up through the business cancelled within the threshold put a Ccj on my personal account even though I signed up through my company. Currently in process of appeal

Be aware that cancelling this service appears to be very difficult once the contract is signed.

In my case, concerns about suitability were met with repeated references to legal terms and legislation, which can create pressure rather than constructive discussion.

I recommend other businesses proceed with caution and fully understand the contractual commitments before agreeing.

Selina has been fantastic and has made the onboarding experience very easy when I am so busy; very friendly, knowledgeable and is a great representative of Serac Tech. The system is very simple yet delivers a lot from what we can see, although we have just started the process with Serac Tech. Thank you very much Selina.

Stay well away — this company is a complete disappointment.

When I joined, they gave me high expectations and even showed video profiles of multiple builders to convince me to sign up. After signing the contract, I waited over two months and sent around 183 letters to potential customers — with zero results.

When I raised my concerns, they showed no interest at all in helping or fixing the issue. What they were quick and strict about was making sure I paid every month, despite their service failing completely.

This company seems far more focused on collecting money than providing any real value. Once you sign a contract, you are stuck — and they insist you must keep paying even if you receive nothing in return.

I’ve had a very bad experience and am still trying to cancel my contract. Their attitude is simply: “You signed, so you must pay,” regardless of whether the service works.

Avoid at all costs. Not trustworthy, not helpful, and definitely not worth your money.

As we are a small construction company, it's all about speediness and getting things done! Zak totally understood this and within one week of 1st contact, we already had our 1st letter drafted and completed the tutorial with Grace.

Beware it’s a scam they take your money and great sales pitch but never even called me after took my money and I chased them chased them and no one gets back to you

Total waste of time and money didn’t deliver even 1 phone call or email, they promised so much and delivered a BIG FAT ZERO say well away from this company
