Total waste of time. Promises loads of leads but delivers nothing useful. Hard to cancel and full of hidden terms. Avoid if you value your time and money.

It does not work at all ,I have just come out of a 1 year contract and have had absolutely nothing from this . Absolutely a waste of time and money ,

Terrible company product did not generate any business and even after I asked them months in advance to cancel, they didn’t charged me exiting fee stay away do not use

Terrible company - product doesn’t work + they tie you into a contract you cannot get out of - and then threaten legal action against you personally unless you pay the whole contract amount in full.

Avoid at all costs.

Plus all there 5* reviews are done by bots - please read through them and click on them - all reviewers have done 45+ reviews and all give 5* reviews the every company they review!!!

immoral parasitic company targetting small businesses trying to grow and exploiting them. theyre selling a product not fit for purpose. they know its not fit for purpose. if they had any confidence in there product they wouldnt make the contract an annual rolling contract with exit terms unclear and hidden within terms and conditions you do not receive until after your onboarding session. i dont say this lightly. this company as an establishment are scum. fraudsters who sell you the world after unsollicited cold calls, but deliver absolutly nothing. id go as far to say even the employees are scum, anyone knowingly complicit in tbhis kind of paresitic vulture like behaviour is a person of low moralarlity in my opinion. they offer no support after your onboarding session. but god forbid you miss a payment, they threaten legal action in the very first email. personally i am seeking legal advice befor making my final payments. however this company does seem to be set up to sell a worthless product, lock unsuspecting victims into stringent legal terms owing to loop holes in consumer law making busisness to business contracts legal through e-communications. stay well away or youll end up spending thousanads of pounds with nothing to show for it

I will write a review here every day if it helps to save small businesses from these scam artists.
They lie on the initiation call and say you can cancel when you are tricked into a 12 month contract you didn’t even sign then when you don’t pay up they will take you to court.
I suspect they will just delete their profile and start again with lots of paid fake good reviews like they did last time.

Avoid Serac Technologies – Misleading Contracts, Poor Service, and Unfair Practices

We signed up with Serac Technologies last year on a 12-month fixed contract. Without any notice or warning, they auto-renewed the contract at the end of the term. When we raised this, they claimed that because it’s a B2B (business-to-business) agreement, they are not required to provide a renewal reminder.

What’s especially frustrating is that our original order confirmation email clearly stated both the start and end date of the contract. Yet when we questioned the automatic renewal, they pointed to a hidden cancellation clause buried in their terms and conditions—something that was never made clear or communicated properly at any stage. This feels deliberately deceptive.

They seem to target busy professionals like builders, knowing full well that many don’t have time to scrutinise the fine print, especially when the contract is made quickly over the phone or online. In my case, their sales rep was more than happy to chase me down with calls—even on a Sunday afternoon—to get the contract signed. But when it came time to notify us of renewal, they stayed completely silent.

To make matters worse, the service itself has been extremely poor. Their marketing method—sending generic letters to homeowners—is largely ineffective. Most of these get tossed in the bin as junk mail, and in some cases, it may even harm your business reputation rather than help it.

I also question the authenticity of many of the positive reviews they display. A large portion appear to come from unverifiable or suspicious sources as I have search the names on google nothing comes up, and I would not be surprised if many are fake or paid for.

In summary: the service doesn’t deliver, the contract terms are predatory, and the business practices are highly questionable. I strongly recommend others avoid Serac Technologies.

Avoid at all costs – scam-like tactics and zero results!

I paid Serac Tech Technologies for a full year of membership and received absolutely NOTHING in return – no results, no value, just empty promises. One month before the renewal, I informed them in writing that I wanted to cancel. They deliberately ignored my message until the membership auto-renewed, then claimed my cancellation wasn’t valid because I didn’t use their exact “preferred wording.”

This is clearly a manipulative tactic to trap people into another year of fees. I refused to pay for another year of a useless service, and now they’ve taken legal action against me!

Their behaviour is dishonest, unethical, and reeks of a company exploiting technicalities to squeeze more money from people. Stay far away from Serac Tech Technologies – they are not trustworthy.

Easy to navigate to find the plans I need

Huge timesaver, so much fater than dealing with local authorities

Found six previous applications going back years, which was really useful context for our architect

Been using this for a while now now and has every application we need.

This company is a scam honestly don’t know how there getting away with it
They don’t mention a contract when pitching it’s only after the first payment you get told

Everything arrived as expected within 5 minutes or so. Roughly 6-8 attachments per planning application.
