Recently received one of there bracelets for men as a gift, unfortunately it was too short.
Contacted serasar direct and the customer service I have received is 2nd to none , quick responses to my emails and a perfect outcome to my question.
Other companies could learn a lot from sensor's customer services

A leather bracelet that will appeal to people with impeccable taste. Very well designed, and well assembled. The links work extremely well, and there should be fear of the links failing and the bracelet come detached. A bracelet suitable for all occasions-whether casual or more formal attire.

Top Armband. Sehr angenehmer Tragekomfort mit elegantem Look. Durch separate Verschlussteile gut größenverstellbar und demnach passend für jedes Handgelenk. Sehr freundlicher und hilfreicher Customer Support. Selbst an einem Sonntag Nachmittag erhält man innerhalb einer Stunde eine Antwort auf Nachfragen.

Obwohl das Armband bereits zwei Jahre alt war und der Magnetverschluss bereits die erste leichte "Schwäche" aufwies, hat das Unternehmen das "Problem" sehr unkompliziert und schnell gelöst. Ein derart kundenorientiertes Unternehmen findet man heutzutage sehr selten.
