This is a real scam. A doctor on an instagram post spoke about the wonderful properties of this serum and I was encouraged to buy two bottles of this serum.

It went white and like glue on my face and I had to wash it off and white chalk-like residue was left and I had to scrub my face to get it off.

It is rip off and I intend sending it back to get a refund.

Buyers beware - do not get sucked in by this false advertising as I was.

This stuff just doesn’t work and I want to return it but still can’t find how to return this junk

I really don't believe the people who are raving about how good this product is. It does NOTHING! Kind of a shame that Facebook allows these scam products to be advertised. They make money, cuz most people won't even try to get their money back. Pretty sad!

Very irritating to my face left it dry and did not do what they claim. I should have read reviews before I purchased

I ordered Serena Instant Lift and it was dispatched quickly with good communication about updates on delivery. Love the results so I'm using it daily before I put my makeup on. Had some comments from work colleagues and friends about how good my skin looks (smoother and more alive!) Thinking about ordering the body oil next, it has good reviews.

I’m not sure why there are any negative reviews for the instant lift pdrn serum unless people have ordered fakes!! This product has made a huge difference to my skin, making it look softer and firmer! Even my husband said my skin was looking fab!!! Would definitely buy again!!

Does not work at all! Don't buy this product!

I bought their Instant Lift Firming cream, not expecting miracles but not expecting my face to turn bright red and begin to feel like my skin was on fire I have quite resilient skin and have never experienced a reaction like this. Be careful, maybe try a small patch first. I wish I had. Waste of money

After contacting customer service, I have updated my review to 4* for their excellent response to my concerns. Full refund plus they genuinely sounded concerned about my skin’s reaction to this product.

They showed much better results than I have gotten which is nothing its trash don't waste your money.

Wow! I was so excited when my products arrived, fast delivery, stunning packaging and bigger than I expected.
I just love the body oil so far, it has a lovely scent and texture, it really absorbs into my skin (I have sensitive skin) it’s not greasy and leaves your skin feeling wonderful. It’s definitely a keeper for me!!!

I don't normally review products but had to write about the Firming Body Oil. I have sensitive skin, even more so since going through the menopause, so was a little wary about this product. However I had no need to worry as the Firming Body Oil is very lightweight with a wonderful aroma. It is easy to apply after a shower, just spritz it onto damp skin all over your body, legs & arms. The oil is not greasy and I love the way it makes my dry skin feel silky, hyrdated & smooth.

The packaging is very eye catching & the oil comes in a stunning large blue glass bottle, much larger than I thought! I particularly like that all the ingredients are naturally sourced, vegan and cruelty free.
