At the moment I am very unhappy with this product. The package arrived all bashed up, part of the plastic fitting is broken. There are no instructions included making the art of all these fancy cuttings impossible. I must return it and the if I have a satisfactory outcome I shall review the service again. I think the item is a return, because of the condition it arrived in.

Ordered 2 gold pairs and one silver . The silver pair came with a very crushed box. The Silver earring was badly damaged.
Have tried to send a photograph of the damage but was unable to do so.
