Hi Daniel. We're sorry to hear you were not happy with the postage service. Upon checking, you selected the Royal Mail 24 service. As noted on our site, we advise around 1-2 days for delivery. It appears the order arrived within this timeframe. We do also offer DHL as a fully tracked service if it may be of interest for any future purchases. Orders over £50 currently have free DHL shipping.

Hi Graham. Apologies once again for the delay with your order. I note a member of our customer service team sent an email informing you there was a stock delay, due to our supplier's systems being down. Any out of stock items would note they "will ship in approx. 5-7 days". Upon checking tracking, your order has been marked as delivered - if it has still not been received, please do get back to us.

I purchased a penn tidal surfcaster from serious fishing, it was not in stock but they did everything they could to get it for me and kept me up to date with emails keeping me informed all the time of what was happening, I can't thank them enough my rod arrived in plenty of time for my trip, I will definitely be purchasing from serious fishing again

Quality product, fast delivery, easy to use website.
I purchased some saltwater flies which aren't that easy to source. I forget exact days and times, but the time from order to receiving them was minimal. I will definitely use them again in the future as the delivery time was good and the quality of the flies is top notch.

Tried to obtain information on delivery of an intended purchase. Received automated reply that a Sales Person would contact me.
No person contacted me despite another request from me.
Decided that Serious Fishing was not serious about me as a customer so purchased the item from another supplier.

Kit was great value [imo] and delivered as advertised. Communications of expected delivery (including slight delay owing to bank holidays) was excellent. Kit works really well in park, just need some water and fish for confirmation! 😊

Was charged 4-75 for postage and due to various issues such as no stock and a bank holiday my order took nearly two weeks to be completed.I will say when they realised there was an issue they did try their best to resolve

Our standard shipping rate is £4.50 for delivery within the UK but free shipping currently applies on orders over £50.
