Very happy with my new wading boots great price great quality only let down was how long they took but due to a national holiday on the 12th it’s understandable & they came before my fishing trip this weekend any query I had regarding how long they were taking was always answered swiftly so thanks to Amy for keeping me up to date I will deffo shop here again

Hi Andy. We are sorry to hear your order did not arrive. I note a member of our team organised a replacement using DHL as the one sent with Royal Mail has not yet turned up. As per telephone call, the replacement was sent despite being advised by Royal Mail they would not consider the parcel missing until 28th June. Please do not hesitate to contact us if we can assist further.

Remembering the 80s and early 90's in Belfast and making the journey by bus up to Belfast to get to Braddells and Rankins for my fishing tackle. Those days are long gone but Its great to have a locally based firm catering to our needs. Prompt delivery, quality products and well priced.

Hi Felix. I'm sorry to hear your parcel has not yet arrived. It was dispatched the same day as the order was placed. Unfortunately it has been held by customs and this is beyond our control. Your local customs authorities should be in touch if they require further information.
You should have received an email automatically confirming your order along with tracking information, which will show any updates on movement.
We also offer DHL as a shipping option - this is our expedited shipping method as they will help clear the parcel through customs whilst goods are in transit. If we can assist further, please do not hesitate to contact us - sales@seriousfishing.com

Greys Fin reel # 5/6
Overseas purchase (Sydney, Australia). Reel received very quick, within a week.
The only comment about it is the price of the postage. Very expensive.
Reel quality as per previous reviews. Very smooth. Narrow profile and exactly what was expecting for euro nymphimg use. I highly recommend it.

Thanks for the review. We're pleased to hear you like the reel. We are based in the UK and try to absorb some of the shipping rates as best we can but unfortunately international delivery is a more expensive service. We use DHL as they provide an expedited international delivery service which clears customs whilst in transit, preventing lengthy delays.
